Guys did me a solid
I owe the team an apology if I alarmed anyone today. I was a frustrated dad in a stressful situation, and I'm sure my frustration showed. If I came across the wrong way, I'm genuinely sorry.
The important part is how the team responded. They listened, understood where I was coming from, and went out of their way to help. They really pulled through for me and turned what started as a stressful visit into a genuinely positive experience. By the time I left, we could probably have had a group hug! Thanks again to everyone at Leisure Lakes Nottingham.

Highly recommended
Amazing service. Bike came much sooner than expected. Courtesy call to arrange delivery so I could make sure someone was in. Bike packaging was super secure and final bike set up required minimal effort from me.

I cud off bid on the bike .have you got cowboss work for you .that not good .that all i have to say .still wating Check the bike is put to gether properly . I omst bid the crak cam off wen riding
I pic up a bike. Wot cost 4000 pounds. And ride it home and omost bid the crak cam off .and I cud off been hit by a car but he stop just in time. So lookey but the the bike back in the shop after 3 day off riding it to work .the motor not working and thay dot no wen I will get it back ..but the boss toll then to sort me out a speer bike till I get min back ..but I'm not happy whiv the bike thay give me

I have spoken to the store who currently has your bike and they are waiting on some parts to get the issues rectified for you.
Whilst we wait on the parts, our store has provided you with a Marin Fairfax which has a Skarper demo unit fitted.

Good experience at Bedford branch in July 2026…
Had a good experience in July 2026 buying a Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 800 e-mtb from the Bedford branch, with first-rate advice, support and communication from Luke, Colleen and Alex, who helped put together a bike that fits me perfectly, as well as researching all the best add-ons for my riding style. Great service all round. Definitely recommend!
