I bought a tall black iron vase from Lemonpavilion because they were a verified seller on B & Q and the vase arrived damaged. The iron on top of the vase was torn so the lid on the vase could not sit properly on top of the vase. I requested for a collection and refund of the damaged product and l was offered collection of almost one week later. Their customer service is horrible and very unsupportive and l received no apologies for the inconvenience of receiving a damaged product. After reading their reviews it appears that they have a pattern of selling damaged products and failing on collection dates hereby delaying your refund. I have had to drag this huge heavy box to return at B & Q. This product is made of metal and could not have been damaged in transit on the way to me but a defect right from their warehouse which should have been detected before sending out to me. From previous buyers experience as well as mine, this company seems to think it is alright to consistently send out damaged products to its customers and this is certainly not right. I do not recommend this seller. Buyers please beware.

They are a verified seller on B&Q website. Bought gate back in July from them but not suitable so trying to arrange a return- 5times promised and I’ve sat in all day but still no collection, no refund and no sign of it being resolved. And only emails- no one to talk to! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Very quick delivery. Excellent packing. Chairs ordered just as advertised and good quality for an excellent price.

RECEIVED GATE THAT WAS BOWED OUT OF SHAPE. THEY AGREED TO COLLECT AND REFUND HOWEVER THEN AFTER CONSTANT CHASING THEY ADVISED THAT THEY WERE FINDING IT DIFFICULT TO ARRANGE COLLECTION AS IT WAS A LARGE ITEM (NORMAL GARDEN GATE). SERVICE TERRIBLE WITH NO ACTION AND EVEN HANG UPS ON THE PHONE (THANKS JADE). WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEN 1 STAR IF I HAD THE CHOICE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. WE HAVE TRIED CALLING 11 TIMES CONSECUTIVELY AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE

The company contact and delivery was really good, Unfortunately the middle bar on the gate is not straight and was not noticed until cut and fitted . Fingers crossed nobody else has such a keen eye as my husband and myself.

Gates are poor quality. TRUST ME wood doesn’t line up and is swollen rotten. If you buy from these buy at your own risk

The kennel was delivered pretty quickly and my handyman installed it within a couple of hours.
The end result is great as long as you know how to build things.
The only downside was that the kennel was delivered in pieces and left outside my home with no warning but luckily my handyman came the following day to carry it to the garden and put it together.

Solid gaten gate

Delivery quicker than advised and the gate is not a flimsy bit of rubbish - it's substantial with reasonable build quality for the price. Based on this alone I would recommend Lemon Pavilion

Great product, delivered on time and easy to put together. Item matched the description.

Ordered a shed through lemon pavillion through their partner DIYSHEDS - this arrived in the wrong size (half a ft shorter than expected in length), damaged in various parts and beams not cut correctly to size requiring expert tools and adjustment, which was not mentioned.

Wouldn't use again, should be a simple purchase!!

The chairs are lovely, great quality and look fantastic. I ordered 2 chairs at a time (4) both ordered at different times. Each order came within a couple of days. They were well packed to prevent damage. I would definitely buy from Lemon pavilion again.

Items of furniture large wooden table and chairs not cheap i may add delivered were damaged and company will not except responsibility instead have questioned me like I did it myself.
Customer service were rude and unhelpful and rude.
I had ordered cushions as well that were delivered and were tge wrong ones not once but twice ... again they expected me to print off labels and arrange for someone to be in when they wanted to collect. NO care for customers at all offered me £40 pound what an insult I did not except and havnt heard from them since .

This company is probably ok unless you want to return something for a refund. They make the returns process really difficult to put you off from returning. I followed all instructions and at my own cost sent the item back tracked and signed for. It has taken multiple emails and months to get a refund for just £67. I wouldn’t normally bother with a review but if I hadn’t kept following up I would have not received a refund and I think that companies like this shouldn’t get away with doing business this way.

Bought a garden tree seat planter easy to assemble looks good! Ordered it on a Wednesday and turned up on the Friday very pleased would recommend lemon pavilion

The quality of the gate is very good and the pattern of the grain on the wood is also nice the only thing I am concerned about is the tongue and groove could have been better there are a couple of places where we are going to have to unscrew the boards to knock the tongue and groove into place

The pergola was just what I was after and i thought the price was good too. Delivery was quick.
Assembly was quite straightforward but needs 2 people, instructions were okay but it came with 3 different sizes of screw and there was no indication of which screws to use where. Quality is generally good, there were a few rough bits and a few minor faults but nothing that couldn't be rectified fairly easily.
Overall I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.
