Excellent service, Mehmet and his team are worth their weight in gold, they are so helpful, nothing is to much trouble from repairing your jewellery , to finding a one of kind idea I had ( Tassel ring ) they searched for over a year then text me that they had found one. We have been using Lewins Jewellers for years and have never had a bad experience .

There is no rush, no hassle and no “hard sell”, they genuinely wish to help you. The aftercare, from repairs to replacement watch batteries to selling old jewellery is all undertaken in a polite and professional manner. I had my wedding ring refurbished after 10years it come back like it was on our wedding day. A great service by great people. They made me and my young daughter feel welcomed and run through exactly what was going to happen with the ring and had a messaged that it was ready for pick up quicker than I thought a excellent service
