I recently visited this long-established, family-run jewellers and was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, with staff who were both friendly and highly knowledgeable.

They took great care and attention in handling my items, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was completed to a very high standard.

What really stood out was the personal touch — it’s clear they take real pride in what they do and value their customers. It’s refreshing to find a business that combines traditional craftsmanship with such attentive service.

Visited Lewins for the first time in February 2026, had some gold to sell and was getting quotes from local Jewellers in Sutton High St. Met Mehmet and found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and totally honest.
I sold him my gold, and then had a gold bracelet clasp fixed at a fraction of the cost compared to another quote.
So Happy to know that going forward Lewins will get my business.

I recently visited Lewins Jewellers in Sutton to have my Sapphire and Diamond Ring repaired, I am very pleased with the result, they did a great job and as I was going away before Christmas they made a special effort to have my Ring back for me in time which I really appreciated.

Went in with my mum to see what we could get foe some bits and pieces that we have had stuffed the drawers for years 50+ and were very surprised. Firstly, he (Mr Lewin?) was so friendly and helpful , he gave us a good price in fact twice as much as I was offered in NZ. Mum and I were stoked.
