An appointment was booked, took a day off work and the engineer didn't turn up on the first visit. I was then called several times in the evening sometimes as late as 8:30pm trying to reschedule an appointment. I was forced into making an appointment within a certain time and was then called a further 4 times in the evening to remind me about the appointment?? I asked to change it to a more convenient time for me and this time is wasnt a problem as it had been before. The visit that eventually did take place was good, quick and the engineer was professional. He called before arriving and was very polite.

He left my central heating on while the outside temperature was 33°

Arrived in the allotted time frame.
The engineer was polite efficient got the service done quick.

Why would I be asked to give a rating when I've not been out of the house and no one from Liberty has been to my home? No cards have been posted, no appointment was made?

Engineer was very thorough.

Never heard of them. Have never had a visit of any description nor any contact with them. Why are they asking me for a review?

Gentleman was lovely and listened to my problem then presented a few scenarios as a solution , so it was sorted quite quickly but very efficiently, he was a lovely guy, who went above and beyond to help us.

Could have done with a bit more notice when last appointment was cancelled. Today engineer was thorough & respectful when visiting property.

This company truly doesn't care about giving a good customer experience and it shows. Book you in for an appointment (for which you must wait in for 5hrs by the way...), then just simply don't turn up. Nor tell you they aren't turning up. They don't care about the fact you've waited in all day. Agents in the live chat simply do not care in the slightest, no professionalism. Told me that the engineer would phone me 'now' (at 4.48pm), then disconnects the chat on me. I wait 30min, restart the chat and what do you know... closed at 5pm. Fobbed me off to leave early. I am simply dealing with this shambolic company because I have to, if I had a choice, I wouldn't touch these nor recommend them to anyone. Not worth the headache. Save your cut and paste generic responses to this.

Quick easy service, friendly engineer

The engineer came on time was courteous and friendly. He did what needed to be done with the utmost prophesionlism. He was very helpful and answered questions i put to him.

Guy came for annual gas check, barely even made it on time, 11.55 in a 8 to 12 window, said I had to move a couple of boxes, then he said he had to go to van, he went, I moved the boxes, he never came back.

They send me a letter months later for another appointment, for a day I'm not available, try to ring them up to change, gave up after nobody answered, tried to use chat on website, click contact us link, gives page not found error.

I expect the council chose them because they were cheaper.
The previous company was much better.
