The couriers did not deliver a package (damaged in transit). Customer service were helpful and polite and had a replacement dispatched quickly. I wish all customer service departments were as professional.

Lovely shopping experiences in store and online
My experiences with Liberty have been great, both in stores and online. The high quality of their products matched with the high quality of their staff makes for a wonderful shopping experience. Their customer service is very kind and helpful. I have never felt rushed in store either, even when it’s been very busy inside. For example, when asking if there was a specific candle available, the sales rep took their time to find the stock themselves and bring it straight to the checkout for my husband and I.
Orders online have been packaged well and with care, too.

Like any company, things can occasionally go wrong, but I have always believed that the true measure of a business is not whether problems arise, but how they are handled when they do. The way a company responds to a customer’s enquiry or concern speaks volumes about the quality of its management, its professionalism and, most importantly, how much it genuinely values its customers.
In this instance, I raised a query and received a response from Keren almost immediately. Her prompt, courteous and professional approach was both reassuring and refreshing. Rather than leaving me feeling that my enquiry was an inconvenience, she demonstrated a genuine willingness to help and ensure that the matter was addressed.
Good customer service is often promised, but it is the people delivering it who make the difference. Keren is an excellent example of how a thoughtful and efficient response can inspire confidence in a company and turn a potential concern into a very positive customer experience. She is a real credit to the business.

Poor Website Expriance
Have liberty points shown on my account to the value of £10. Message stated that could be worth £20 if used by end of November 2026. However, points only sent out periodically which means they can’t be used until that happens which I was informed is 2027. Confusing rewards system.

The online ordering service was quick and efficient to use. I was unable to collect my order within the seven day period, however I was able to extend this and arrange a later day for my collection by emailing the collection team which they arranged promptly.
