Great coat
Great coat, been after one for a while, although the summer seems to be hanging on, so may have to remain on the hook for a little while longer. Easy to order, and arrived very quickly. I always like to purchase from Independant traders, and this was 1st Class service. Thank you

⚠️ WARNING
⚠️ WARNING – Life’s Better Outdoors / Shop App
More than ONE MONTH after ordering, my Rab Ryvoan Fleece Jacket has still not arrived in Quito, Ecuador.
They shipped it and now refuse any responsibility. Zero updates, zero solutions.
I totally reject the way Life’s Better Outdoors and Shop App operate — they take your money for international shipping and then wash their hands saying “at your own risk.”
Unacceptable service.
Buyers beware!

This review is not for www.lifesbetteroutdoors.co.uk. We are not on the Shop app selling in South America. This review is from someone in Ecuador who has been scammed using the Shop app. We have reported it and this review needs removing alongside the duplicate review.
Great fast service and good products
