Antwort von Lighting & Locks
Hello Adam, we're very sorry we could not switch the fan you ordered to the other model, as the other model was indeed out of stock. I can confirm the refund was issued as indicated in prior emails; please allow one to five business days, as some banks/institutions are slower at processing refunds than others. If you do not see the refund by the first of next week, please let us know!
Excellent phone service
I found that a phone call was much more informative than the information on the web site. Was completely satisfied with the information I received, and the ease of ordering. My shipment arrived efficiently, and I am happy with the product.
