Very rude staff members mangers to never ring you back or email you as promised. The worst ever am leaving a very bad review

From the very beginning of the call, they took the time to properly listen to my concerns and understand the issues I was experiencing with my account. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, they were patient, attentive and incredibly supportive throughout the entire conversation.

What impressed me most was their determination to actually resolve the issue rather than simply provide a quick answer. They took ownership of the situation, worked through the problems with my account and made sure everything was properly addressed. They explained things clearly, kept me informed and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable.

Their professionalism, patience and genuine willingness to help were exceptional. It was clear that they truly cared about providing a positive experience and making sure I felt listened to and supported.

This is exactly what excellent customer service should look like. The call handler is an absolute credit to the company and deserves recognition for going above and beyond. I finished the call feeling completely reassured, valued as a customer and extremely grateful for the help I received.

Link are an absolute shambles. We have been contacting them for 4 months to clear a debt. Every time we contact them we get a different story for why they can't help us. Every time it is "its not my department: I'll leave a note for them to ring you", but won't give a phone number to contact the correct person directly. They have never rung back once in those four months, and I have had to ring them again.

Thank you for the breathing space it's really appreciated.

I was so worried about calling, but from the very minute I started speaking with James the advisor I was put at ease and made to feel like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. James to time to go through everything and made me feel I had the help I needed. I had struggled to get into the company app, James brought the issue to the attention of IT and true to his word as soon as he had an answer he called me back. If James is the level of staff you have then your company is in very good hands. Thank you so much James.👍

I am not able to log on to their portal when I try I get email saying unable to find account. Quick payment link doesnt work nor did the link they sent yo write a review . Dont reply to emails either , Reece who I spoke to was pleasant enough.

Dommage que l on ne puisse pas mettre moins 5 étoiles. Une fois de plus cette macro maffia entreprise, s autorise de vous menacer alors que non seulement c est une entreprise d incompétents, mais en plus ils ne se sont même pas foutu de vous réclamer une sommes précise et justifié...hallucinant de voir ce genre d établissement passé au dessus de toutes règles sans que les institutions n interviennent. Aucun document récapitulatif n'est envoyé, on vous donne un montant par téléphone qui ne correspond jamais à la situation, et surtout sans justification ou explication...vous payé et on verra si on en'a trop pris...mais qui fonctionne comme ça à part les maffieux. Je les ai signalé à la banque de France qui avoue être au courant mais incapable d intervenir....voila le pays dans lesquels on vit..et que dire de leur moyen de communication, des numéros de téléphone blak listé des mails automatiques qui ne reprend jamais la situation comptable, mais qui ne réponde jamais au vôtre. Bref même si cet avis ne servira à pas grand chose cela soulage de dénoncer ce genre "d entreprise" qui ne respect rien ni personne
