I've spoken with Reece. A few times to enable me to get all the details correct. He's been extremely helpful . Reece has made my payments affordable and made sure I was happy to proceed and comfortable with the agreement. He gave me advice on payment options and gave information regarding the options I wouldn't have previously known to enable me to make a decision . Thank you for your help and understanding Reece.

Brilliant service rang to enquire and sorted out within 10 mins

I have a historic debt which is now with Link Financial,and I have made an offer to settle via email. Tried to set up an account but received an email stating the details couldn't be confirmed. Sent three emails - 4 August, 11 August and today, still to hear - Disappointing when I am hoping to move forward. Appreciate there is an option to call but why offer alternatives if they aren't realistic?

I have just come off of the phone after speaking to a lovely person called Ethan. Previously, I have spoken to Hafsah, Christine and Leanne, and all of them have been so helpful, respectful and patient. These are very tough times and knowing that my situation is being handled this way significantly reduces the stress. Thank you all for being so understanding and helpful.

The agent, Mark Jones I spoke to regarding my query was excellent.He was very empathetic during the conversation and explained everything thoroughly as the call progressed. My query was resolved effectively and in a positive way.

Ethan was fantastic, was on hold for less than a few seconds and then he answered. Completely understanding of my situation and no judgement. Extremely helpful and managed to arrange a plan for me with ease.

This company never replies to emails, constantly sends messages chasing a debt when you have already emailed regarding it.

The best way to deal with this company is to report them to the FCA and Financial Ombudsman.

Hopefully if more people do this they will be shut down as being not fit for purpose.

The online portal does not even work, I’ll enter the correct details but it would say unsuccessful can’t access portal. So I call up wanting help to access it but then the agent says sorry can’t deal with you right now and says someone will call back when the person calls back they don’t even speak. Usually the right thing to do would be to end the call and try phoning me back since the issue is on their end but they don’t even do that and they hop on another call like your call doesn’t matter. It’s so unprofessional. I had a manager call back they managed to sort the portal account out days after I go back to that portal same issue and it says portal access unsuccessful. What’s the point of saying I can access my portal 24/7 if that’s not even true. Not happy whatsoever with link financial.

Ethan who handles the call was amazing and very well informed he was supportive and made me feel comfortable discussing my account

I've sent multiple emails to your info address and your complaints address yet you fail to respond.

I think Link Financial have been taken over by more militant management who are threatening home visits from Resolver .
I have a £5 monthly payment with Link for ten years or so. They keep trying to increase it .
Now they’ve cancelled the arrangement. I kept on making payments and the old plan is up to date.
They are using the excuse I have no current active arrangement to put it in the hands of some firm Resolver who are sending me messages threatening home visits from.
Currently complaining to the FSA about their conduct .
Not sure why I’m making this review because I’m sure they don’t care about reviews.

Spoke to Mark Jones over the phone, extremely professional, concise, reassuring and well spoken. The perfect type of person you could speak to when dealing with a procedure over the phone. Was happy to explain all minor things in-detail, addressed any concern or reasoning for question. Great job!
