Do NOT buy from this company. The dress arrived way too large. Their website states "easy returns". When I requested to return it they offered me $8 to keep it. I said that was unacceptable, as I paid $46 for the dress. This went back and forth with subsequent offers of $16 and $22 to keep it. I refused and fought with my cc company and won the dispute. If you've been misled by them, file for reimbursement with your cc company. Their website also states all clothes are made in and shipped from Los Angeles. False! When I insisted on returning the dress they told me I would have to send it to United Arab Emirates. Although their clothes look quite nice, it is a completely misleading and untruthful website.

Never buy from this site. The size was completely off and they will not accept a return. They are essentially stealing from their customers. I will continue to purse remedy and warn to warn customers never to use this company.

This company only accepts returns for quality issues. I checked return policy before ordering, and in large bold print it says Easy 30-day return /exchanges. However, in much smaller print several lines into their policy statement, it says “only accepts returns for quality issues.” The sizing was way off, no way for me to use the dresses they won’t refund.

Delivered on time and dresses were as represented online.

Do not buy anything from this company!! I bought an expensive dress that didn’t come close to fitting based on the size I ordered. I read their two pages of instructions for returning provided pictures and responded exactly like they instructed. No response to any of my emails. Funny how when I sent an email to the same address prior to receiving the order regarding the date it would be received. I received an immediate response.

Easy ordering, delivery was on time. Top and dress are pretty as the picture. The fabric is soft and not see-through. I wore the top yesterday and was very happy with it.

The dress is lovely and a perfect fit. However, getting the dress delivered was less than pleasant. I ordered the dress May 11 for a June 14 wedding. I had to send 3 requests as to delivery. Even after I was notified it had been shipped, the shipper had not received the dress. Again the dress is 5 star. customer service 2 star

I ordered two dresses. They were too small. I tried to return. They offered me three different return totals. In the end, I was a little over $100 in and received 64.99 back. It took over a month to get my money back. Do not order from this company. I will delete every one of these cheap Facebook companies and only order from Amazon. Easy returns!

The dress seems high quality. Took a little while to get here, but that's OK.

This company is clearly fraudulent. I have been both courteous and patient. However, I am Unable to do a return. . They offered me a partial refund then denied it I have several emails to prove this. ! The sizes were so off to the point of ridiculous . Do not purchase anything from this company!! I have not had much success with PayPal either.
Interesting. The public should really be aware. The lack of business ethics with this company is really appalling and sad.
I’ll try to see if PayPal can rectify some of this.

Ordered swimwear and when it came. The size was not even close to what it was supposed to be. Contacted the company and at first they wanted to offer a few dollars and I should keep the suit, I refused that and then they offered more money . They finally gave me an address of where to ship it back to but would not pay to have it shipped back to them. Very disappointed and will not order from them again.

I cannot find a way to contact them for return authorization.

The dress I bought fit according to the measurements and is very flattering. Seeing that it’s hard for me to find dresses I feel good in this is a plus. Took awhile to get her but I’m happy with my purchase.

Scam. Never received my order. When I emailed they wrote back in a very unprofessional response - basically they stated they have many orders and are waiting to get more product to make the item! Never in my life have I seen such an unprofessional scam response. Please be patient - they wrote. Really? Why did you take my order if you could not fulfill! I want a refund.

Great quality of clothing and beautiful style. Clothing makes me feel very chic and stylish! Most of the clothing fits as described, but every now and then, an item does not fit as described, even when I use the size guide.

Ordered two outfits, and both are of poor quality. Asked for return authorization, and got a response that they would refund me $28 of my $82 purchase. If I didn't accept that, I would have to pay to return the merchandise to Dubai. Their website claims all garments are made in Los Angeles and shipped from there. Hmmmm. Buyer beware!
