I have attempted on 4 occasions to get a response to be sent a return product document. I have heard nothing. Now I no why they don’t place a return receipt with your purchase BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF EVERY PROVIDING ANYWAY TO GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. My 30 days will be up in 5 days. Has anyone else had this problem or how did you get them to respond.

I waited over a month for my 2 dresses and when they eventually arrived they were both to small around the bust. I sent an email before I ordered the dresses asking if my bust size would suit the large and they said yes. So I went ahead and ordered. I am so disappointed. They wont contact me back about exchanging sizes. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I have been ripped off over $100 US dollars.

I have never had a experience like this one. All I wanted to do is return the outfits because they did not fit. They want me to keep the clothes that don't fit and they will refund me 14.00, for what I don't know. They will not send me the address to return the items and they want me to pay into their Paypal account and I have to pay for the shipping. They don't have a number I can called and they keep telling me to keep the outfits. Also they said the size chart was right, which it is not. I looked at it before I ordered the items and they told me that they run large and they don't. I will never order anything else from this company and I hope you guys don't either. A very bad experience!! I have been trying to solve this since Sept 27,2023

DO NOT BUY from this site. I purchased two items. Cheaply made and poor sizing. I want to return the items for a full refund which must be done within a month. I have emailed them 4 times without a response. No customer service phone number available. It is a SCAM!!!

They are a scam. I received 2 items has nothing to do with the pics. They made it hard for me to return them. They offered m to refund 20$ instead of what I paid (107$).Don’t order from them.this is my advice honest to God.

Order was complete. Communication with why it was taking longer than usual to be delivered was good and follow up was also excellent. I had a couple of items that did not work. What is the return or exchange policy.

Liyny is running a fraud... they had advertised a good looking dress on the website. The dress was no where close to the picture, material highlighted on the website and what was sent were totally different.
Measurement of the size was inconsistent than what was provided in the size chart.
More importantly at the time of purchase the website stated that the merchendise can be returned in 30 days but when reach to request a return they begin to negotiate so not to return the who amount and then if unstill insist on returning... give you an address in UAE.... This is a complete fraud and the site should be banned
