Excellent Local Business.
It was great to deal with a local business. The ordering was very easy and was ready very quickly. The quality was excellent and at a reasonable price. In fact when one of our guys who initially didn't want any sweatshirts saw how good they were he changed his mind and we ordered 2 extra.

We’ve taken a look at your recent orders, and we're happy to clarify a few details. All items that were in stock were dispatched within our stated timeframes (7-10 working days). The only delay was related to items that were temporarily out of stock — and in those cases, we had been in touch to keep you updated and sent them out as soon as they arrived, just as you requested.
One of your parcels was also returned to us by the courier due to a delivery refusal, which unfortunately was beyond our control. However, we acted quickly to resolve that as soon as we were notified.
We’re always here to help and strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience, especially for our valued returning customers like you. If there's anything more we can do, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly.
