I’m shocked by this firm’s disregard for the basics of customer service. Their stated 4‑hour email SLA is meaningless—they routinely miss it, and in property transactions every hour counts.
The client portal is equally disappointing: I was never able to log in, and no one could provide remote assistance despite several requests.
If responsiveness and a functional online platform matter to you, I recommend looking elsewhere.
