Terrible site, can’t get past the address section as it says my address is a business, but it’s a residence and has been bought and sold for last 40 years as a residence. Site is totally flawed!! Useless for me.

I clicked a box saying not to let the agents contact me. I received a call asking who my current agent was so they didn't double up. Told them, then received 19 unsolicited calls in 2 hours. I came out a meeting and thought my family had been kidnapped. Either I missed the fine print or something went horribly wrong.

Great
Fast service.

Phishing. Collects your details then doesn't follow through with promised service. Then starts to spam you. AVOID.

Melbourne inner and outer north and western suburbs - Daniel Sacco from AMS Real Estate was the most amazing agent to work with, he truly helped to achieve the best financial outcome for me when selling my property.
Daniel operates from a place of integrity, honesty and for the best interests of his client.
Can't recommend Daniel more highly.

I do not recommend using local agent finder, i have worked with them for a while now and have become very money hungry i would say be careful for agents as they want commission even if you have prior contact with vendors and can prove this through communication and market appraisals and for buyers do your own research agents bump up their commissions to take in account the amount that Local Agent Finder take out.

Beware of Ray White COBURG - in our experience in them managing our 2 properties for approx 5 months, they were shocking, unprofessional, manipulative, had a lack of rental knowledge and continuously lied to us (we are landlords) by John, their Rental’s person. They lied to our tenant also and failed to meet their obligations as our managing RE Agents. I should have undertaken a review check as have since found numerous poor reviews about John, Ray White Coburg that state the same. Stay away from them.

AVOID providing your details, they mention in faq that they will not share your details unless you consent, but shares it anyway

Just a lure for your information so they can sell it to agencies. Doesn’t benefit you at all unless you want cold calls and you have to give a lot of information before you can access or browse anything.

I was very impressed with the speed in getting back to me, and in their knowledge of agents in my local area.
Also, within minutes of giving them the go ahead, I was on the phone with an agent which suited me perfectly!
Thanks!

Form was easy to complete, and Scott was prompt in getting back to me to explain the process and provide information on some recommended agents.

Scott was very helpful

More info (esp stats), and more relevant Agent list than other sites, - comparison of only a very limited number of Agents and not the full market.

I made a query and the next day was contacted with the referral to three agents. Very happy with the service received

Aaron made things feel a lot simpler going forward and he was very helpful.

Scott was extremely helpful, courteous and assured. The platform is relatively easy to navigate and importantly provided an accelerated response.

Excellent customer representative

I found the site simple to navigate and found Aaron clear, friendly and professional

Easy to use website for comparing what I am looking for in agent. No commitment needed to start, relaxed phone call conversation. Quick connection with agents

All relevant information supplied in an easy to understand way....straight to the point without rambling on.
