Local Surveyors Direct Ltd Bewertungen

I thought this was just a search engine to get quotes and contact details for me to choose a surveyor and engage with them further myself. But what actually happens is they sell your details to every single surveyor shown in the search who then continue pestering you via phone and email for many days. Exactly what I needed when already dealing with all the hassle of buying a flat 😑

Prompt response to our query. Good range of quotes with contact details.

I have had non stop emails and phone calls from companies and your web site said I would be contacting anyone I was interested in. Plus, they were all well over priced; I've found my own thank you for half the price

5 star review

Excellent and efficient service.

Local Surveyors Direct Ltd didn't supply any quotes from local Surveyors, they were all from different cities or counties!

Your site does not offer the option of direct contact with the local surveyors. Mybuilder and similar sites allow the browser to select the companies that meet their requirements.

It was a useful excercise , I had five responses which were all very responsive.

Thank goodness for a website that is clear and concise. Actual detail displayed in an easy-read format and without all the garbage so often found these days. Well done and thank you.

I had numbers of call and choices to get my work done. thank you so much. GOOD WEBSITE to connect local buisness and people.

Contacted several, one agreed he could do it within a week. Sent emails to confirm instructions, tried to contact to firm up the date, on site. Tried to call throughout that day as time was of the essence, no response to calls or emails. Had to phone around to get another, losing two weeks in the process. Not happy.

Great communication and fast response from local surveyors.

I liked how it sent my information to a lot of surveyors so I received a lot of information to parse through, however, I disliked the amount of phone calls/texts I received from surveyors immediately after a simple search. I would like to be able to opt out if possible as I found this quite intrusive and stressful.

Requested a quote and received a phone call and 8 company names via email within 20 minutes

I required a Structural Engineer report regarding an ongoing loft conversion. Within minutes of looking on Local Surveyors Direct, I was conversing with David Preston. We had a quick video call to show him where we are and have arranged a site visit for next week. The process has been fast and easy. I couldn't have asked for more.

Quick response to my request for a local surveyor. Will be contacting shortly to discuss further

A couple of recommended surveyors responded immediately. Of course it is early days and I wait to see how the actual job pans out but this site certainly gives a quick way to find professionals who might be interested in the job.

I used this site for the first time and the thing i can say is its OUTSTANDING , it was easy to use put me in contact with a great surveyor , who called out the next day. He was OUTSTANDING. Thank you HAKAN CHAN If you need a EPC use this site

extremely helpful.

I was really impressed with my experience using Local Surveyors Direct Ltd. After answering a few questions about the type of work/extension I was looking for I received 5 replies from local surveyors offering their professional services. I emailed them and arranged telephone calls to discuss the build further and found it to be refreshing to be able to have a conversation with somebody who knows and understands what is needed and the planning application process because before that I was completely lost. So it was a great experience for me.
