LoneStar Tracking Bewertungen 

I probably have one of the most unique applications of a LoneStar tracking device. I live in northern Wisconsin and the device is attached to a portable ice fishing house for security reasons. Fortunately, I have never had a theft but it is humorous to see the location in the middle of a frozen lake. Immediately indicates whenever I move the house. Great battery life and wonderful tech support.

If I could find a place to install it then perhaps I could tell you how it works.

I had all my trackers drained down in voltage and needed assistance as to which batteries could be used as replacement. Tried max batteries but only lithium worked. Thanks. The trackers have all worked well so far. And, tech support have always been helpful. Thanks

Easy to use. Reliable. Good customer service.

Overall, the app works well. At some update point it lost the ability to give location details on the map. Business names no longer come up. I called support and they put in a bug report, but it’s yet to be fixed almost a year later.

Their hardware works well, although they lack the ability to change from 5 minute updates to real time without buying new units. They also don’t allow you to remote into their hardware which is a nice feature offered by other companies.

The customer service is phenomenal not to speak of the quality of the product

I have peace of mind with Lonestar tracking. Ever since my van was stolen and abandoned by the side of the road in 2021, I felt vulnerable. With Lonestar Tracking I don't feel as vulnerable.

Tracker works great! Used to keep track of my mother in law with Dementia. She does not drive anymore, but tracker is still used until she sells her car in case of theft.

I was pleasantly pleased and surprised when Christie (aka real person) answered the call and spoke to me in English (with TX accent). She expeditiously resolved all my concerns with extreme professionalism.

The hard wired unit is awesome to stash somewhere, my biggest fear is mice chewing wires not being discovered ever. It has worked flawlessly since installation. Customer service was there when questions came. Only critic would be foreknowledge of when one satellite hands over to another satellite it can trigger a notification like the unit has moved.
Even on the map it will show a distance from one spot to another even while nothing has moved.
After this learning curve, it has made at least 4 sleep easier knowing the coverage on our asset never stops.

Quality product! Performs exactly as advertised. Outstanding customer service when I called to clarify a couple of installation/setup questions.
