Looks Like Summer knows the true meaning of customer service and they sell quality products!!! I had never purchased anything from this company before and I have to tell you that Maria C. made my shopping experience with this company very pleasurable from the beginning to the end . Being that I was a first time customer , I had questions prior to placing my order and Maria C was there to assist and answer all of my questions. Needless to say I placed my order and I am completely satisfied with my new handbag. The quality and the craftsmanship that went into the making of this bag will leave you speechless! It truly looks like a work of art! It is absolutely beautiful!!! I highly recommend this company because I know that you will receive a quality product!!! 5 because they have great customer service
Giving the 5 because they have great customer service and they are not a scam. I wanted to purchase a bag but after reading the reviews here I changed my mind and canceled it. I contacted them and the next day they canceled it without a problem, WHICH if it was a scam they would never do that, or they would make it difficult. I’m thinking of actually buying the bag in the future. I see reviews here say that it’s not genuine leather because of the smell. Leather does have a smell because of the way it is treated and the other materials used for the bag. Once I buy it I will update my review, but so far they have 5* from me.

The design is good!
There is a pocket inside, which is convenient. And the bag can hold a cell phone, lipstick, a handkerchief and others.
The leather had a slight smell, I hung the bag outside and the smell went away.

Don't buy this product! The quality is so bad, and you can never find the way to return it. It's the first time that I made a purchase and was not able to return it in the US. It is a scam. I don't understand how this company can survive in the US.

FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS

The Victoria boots didn't take long to arrive to Hawaii, and when I opened the box I was blown away. The boots are beautifully made, the leather as soft as butter, and the fit was perfect. Cheap plastic boots…NOT as advertised!
Ordered Brianna lug sole boots from this website. Unfortunately what the reviews mostly say, the “genuine leather “ boots turned out to be plastic with a chemical smell. I did receive them in a week from China. They fit and are comfortable, but are cheap plastic for $118. I am not going to return them because I doubt I would get the refund. I will just wear them in the rain.

They have an e-mail response that really works. I was able to "talk" to Alexa, with almost immediate replies.
She answered all my questions and concerns.
In addition, when the delivery of my boots was delayed, they offered a discount.
And, yes, the discount showed up on my card almost immediately.
