Unfortunately, due to seasonal high-deman as well as rigorous conditions on account of the current COVID-19 pandemic, our dispatch and expected delivery times suffered severely although we always do our best to avoid this from happening in any way we can. Please accept our apologies for not being able to live up to your expectations.
We do offer free exchanges for Canada, USA, and Europe and we do the option of prepaid return shipping labels for the aforementioned regions in case the customer wishes to obtain a refund. This is all possible via our Returns Center we are working our hardest to make sure more countries and regions also have this option available in the near future.

As for the quality, I can assure you that our items are made with genuine second layer cowhide leather. While not first layer cowhide, this is a very durable and resistant material that allows for great quality at an affordable price.
