We are first time buyers who didn’t have the first clue about organising surveyors. Lotus Surveyors made our experience extremely easy and didn’t hesitate to explain things to us when we asked. They gave us a very in detail report and it helped us very much! We will definitely recommend and return!

Their survey was based on a misconception regarding a damp issue as they confused condensation on a interior wall due to no heating and ventilation allowing dew point to take place this is quite common on a solid wall in these circumstances.
They didn’t seem to understand this.

Had a survey done recently for a home myself and my partner were quite keen on. Eager to move forward, we still took the precaution of a survey with Lotus, and it's a good job we did! We approached Lotus Surveyors to conduct a level 3 survey on an older property that we were looking to purchase.
