I ordered the Mares Puck Lite in the colour aqua since they were the only place I could find it in that colour. According to their website it would be ordered and ready for delivery between 3 to 5 days. After I still hadnt received a delivery confirmation after 5 days, I wrote to them and they informed me, this colour would only be available in October (so thanks for not informing me before). Since I have a trip planned, I changed my order to the black one. Delivery of this one was fast. But it arrived and the guarantee seal was broken. Their response to my mail was that they always open it and check the batteries. Also no apology. And how would a costumer know that they only checked the batteries and did not send out a used item (which I am still not sure if it used or new)? Funnily enough they send me a picture to show that they always check the insides and on the picture had the Puck Lite in AQUA colour. So apparently they did have it available?? After mentioning all that and that I would not order with them again, their only reply was "always welcome". Not very good service. So definitely do not recommend!!

I absolutely loved the website and the shopping experience. Delivery to Spain was incredibly fast, and I was so impressed with the service that I was even planning to fly over and shop there in person.

Everything was excellent until I unfortunately had to make a warranty claim.

My Suunto Tank POD failed during my very first dives with it. I contacted both Suunto and Lucas Divestore for assistance, and both advised me to send the unit in.

Since I purchased the Tank POD from Lucas Divestore, I believed the quickest and most straightforward solution would be to process the warranty through the retailer. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.

It has now been over a month, and I still don't have my Tank POD back. Even more frustrating, neither Suunto nor Lucas Divestore has been able to tell me where it currently is, whether it is being repaired or replaced, or when I can expect to receive it.

Instead, Lucas Divestore tells me to contact Suunto, while Suunto tells me to contact Lucas Divestore because the warranty claim is being handled through the retailer. As the customer, I feel caught in the middle of two companies that should be communicating directly with each other.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience with what was practically a brand-new product. I expected a premium level of after-sales support, especially for a warranty claim involving a manufacturing defect.

I genuinely hope this issue is resolved soon. Until then, I cannot give a higher rating because my experience with the warranty process has been very disappointing.

Perfecte service van Lucas Divestore. Ik belde hen voor een aanpassing die niet mogelijk was via de website, en het werd meteen in orde gebracht. Daarna kreeg ik regelmatig updates over de status van mijn bestelling, en het werd netjes geleverd (en nog goed ingepakt ook).

The diving mask was packed carefully and propper!
The prescriptional lenses were already installed, super service!
I am very satisfied about Lucas Diving.
Soon I am going to buy an additional diving torch. Probably also at Lucas Diving!

Quick, punctual and accurate service. Goods arrived in Prague 2 days after the order was placed, nicely packed.

One item turned to be not immediately available despite the listing, that was clearly communicated together with available options. I chose a refund, which was posted to my credit card the next day.

The only downside I noticed was the declared "price match" policy which is not respected. All my e-mail inquiries about it were ignored.

I bought a Reliefband that was delivered with a manufacturing defect. I had to return it at my own expense because Lucas Divestore refused to issue a return label, despite their legal obligation to do so. I received the second Reliefband, which also had a manufacturing defect. This time, the store did issue a return label, but it was very difficult to get a refund for the product... I even had to get my bank involved. This whole process was highly unpleasant, time-consuming, and in the end, I was left with a €38 loss.
​The after-sales customer service is very slow and unpleasant. I strongly advise against buying from this store. If anything goes wrong, it is almost impossible to get problems resolved in a satisfactory or legal manner.
