Absolutely awful company to deal with.
I had to chase them up to get update on the order to UK. After constant delays, customer service advised it has been posted, and by me not responding to their email in few hours they have decided to cancel the order completely.
Waste of time and unreliable company..

Small remark though: could not find the article I wanted when the site was in french version, but I could order it from the english version...
