I couldn't have wished for better service from teh team at Lucas Diving. They were extremely helpful and accomodating with my purchase for my partners' birthday present. It was sent so that it was delivered the day before I needed it and was very well packaged, concealing the contents justin case there were prying eyes. I would happily use these guys again.

Ordered diving knife 09.10. and it arrived 15.10. so took under a week to ship in other country in EU (Finland).
Product was what I ordered, well packed all good.

Quick and professional service. Bought Tusa mask with fitted +2.5 lenses. Very happy. Not the first time I bought from them. Always got good service and fast shipping.

I have had a very disappointing experience buying a BCD from LucasDiveSport. After ordering the ScubaPro Bella BCD in size medium it arrived from the Netherlands in good time. I expected to pay duty on it which was fine and I received an invoice from FedEx a week or so later.

However, the BCD was too big so arranged to send it back to LucasDive for a refund. I paid to have it sent to me in the UK and paid to send it back. However, taxes\duties were due when it arrived back in the Netherlands.

LucasDive refused to pay these so the courier would not deliver it. The BCD is now being returned to me and I have to pay additional shipping to receive it back.

So now I'll have a useless BCD, for which I've paid for shipping 3 times and absolutel no help from LucasDive.

If you're ordering from a country outside the EU, I'd think again about buying from LucasDive as I certainly won't be in future.

I did communicate with LucasDive before returning the item and they said nothing about me having to pay the duties and they would refund me. So I was concerned about this paying duties twice and having no BCD which would have left me over £200 out of pocket.

And according to my subsequent research on the matter of duties, it's the receiving party who should pay them and claim back if any duties are required.

Lukas trades in top quality products which are available on the market. It took a while to get the shipment ready, probably due to the stock issues.

Very nice products and great prices. Easy to purchase and with a working link to trace the shipment, which is often not the case with many providers nowadays. On top of that incredibly fast delivery, got my products 48 hours later. Would absolutely recommend Lucas Divestore as your choice when buying gear. Keep up the good work guys!

Handschoenen besteld, netjes de maattabel die op hun website staat gevolgd, handschoenen komen aan en zijn veel te klein. Nochtans 1cm over tijdens het meten. Dienst na verkoop gecontacteerd. Twee zeer korte ongeïntereseerde mails later heb ik deze terug gestuurd op eigen kosten (!) 11,60€, nochtans staat de maat verkeerd op hun website.
