I first placed my order with this company on the 18th March. As I had read previous reviews, I made sure to check the description of both items I ordered and neither of them mentioned a word about being pre-order items (this becomes relevant later).

On the 24th March I noted that my items hadn't been dispatched yet, so I sent a contact request via the form on the website. By the 27th March I had heard nothing so I DM'd on Instagram. She replied almost instantly.

I then heard nothing until I chased via Instagram again on the 30th March.

At this point she asked me several questions that I had already answered in my previous messages, and then stated she would email me. When she emailed, she sent a screenshot of her website showing that one item I had ordered was now miraculously showing as a pre-order item and would be dispatched on or before the 3rd April. As this was only a few days away, I chose to wait.

On the 8th April, I had still had absolutely nothing - no contact, and no dispatch notification - and so I had to chase... again.

She replied the day after, stating that the 'pre-order item' was delayed and would be "due back in within the next 2 business days". Again, I had had absolutely no communication from her with regards to this delay until I chased her. As it was only a couple more days, I decided to wait and give her the benefit of the doubt one last time.

By the 15th April I had still heard absolutely nothing and no items had been dispatched, so I lost patience and emailed requesting a refund. She responded same day to tell me that the items had been posted on the 13th April and should arrive within the next few days, but that I could return them once they arrived and recieve a refund that way. I didn't respond to this as I was just relieved that the order had finally been posted.

I then received a further email from her on the 17th April, stating that she would refund the order amount but that I would still receive the order, which I was grateful for. However, at the time of writing this review on the 21st April, nothing has been received - so was anything actually ever posted? Who knows.

In summary, whilst the business owner is nice enough, this has been the most awful customer service experience I have ever had - placing an order with a business should never result in chasing for updates becoming a part time job. I remain very skeptical that she ever actually posted the order in the first place, but thankful that at least I eventually got my money back 5 weeks after originally ordering.

Updated 28th April:
The items have now arrived and are nice quality, however tracking showed as not posted until the 18th April - a full week after I was told they had been.

Easy to use website, quick delivery and most importantly stunning earrings! Will definitely be ordering again soon

So much to choose from and ready quick delivery. Really lovely packaging which felt like a gift to myself. The earring charms really add some interest to hoops. I love them and already have items in my basket for next time!

Ordered on 29th March. On the 8th April I realised I haven't had a dispatch email, received the items or had any communication. So sent a message on Instagram as suggested as a form of contact.
No answer so I emailed on the 9th in the morning, had an answer late that day asking me to confirm details and if I wanted it re sent or refunded. I chose a replacement. Sent details and had to chase up for an answer. Had an answer yesterday and was told she would phone Royal Mail right away.
Have now sent two more emails to chase up and heard no news. Looks like others have had similar issues.

So happy i stumbled upon this website. I was looking for new earrings and the pieces exceeded my expectations they are fantastic.

I ordered the biggest stargazing hoops on preorder and they took 2 weeks to come, not long I know but I couldn’t wait for them! I did email to check where they were and the response was not only fast but so helpful, I think it took a couple of days for them to come after this and they are quite frankly STUNNING! I am already eyeing up my next pair😍

I've made two orders with this company recently. One took over 2 weeks to be delivered and when it came, the chain of the necklace did not match the image online (arrived with a very basic chain instead of a box chain). The second order took 9 days to arrive. I did email the business and they were very friendly...but I'd rather have reliable delivery updates and receive items in the timeframe stated online than have to email to find out where my order is or roughly when to expect it.

The website was super easy to navigate and the products were super cute and also such good value for money! Would highly recommend to anyone who’s wants cute jewellery ⭐️

When I used the website for the first time I mainly wanted a simple pair of studs. The site was easy to navigate and the styles were quite modern compared with many other stores. My order arrived safely and the earrings looked great. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the product itself is very nice.
