I first inquired about my dress on February 9th. My event was April 18th. When I first messaged the creator of the dress, I was not aware that I was only allowed a certain amount of messages before having to pay a fee to continue the conversation. It was inconvenient for me to message them in different time zones. The other inconvenience was I had my prom during 2020 when everything was canceled last minute. Although I was not able to refund my dress because it was customized, I still made the best of my senior year.

I receive my dress the beginning of December and I can't say THANK YOU enough. I recently bought a dress form another site and it was a horrible experience. Tansy was always in communication and assured me that my dress was in good hands. The dress fits like a glove. I can't wait to wear it down the aisle.

I ordered my dress and I am more than pleased with the finished product. I received my order within 3 days of shipment, and the fit was PERFECT. I provided my sizes to my designer Tansy, she was amazing throughout the process answering questions and giving suggestions where it was needed. I cannot wait to wear my dress in a couple of weeks, will update with pics then

Dress looked so beautiful and exactly like what I requested, good communication and arrived on time. I got so many compliments and it fit well. Only adjustment I made was that I pinned the leg slits so they weren’t as high, however, I could have requested this before.

I ordered my wedding dress from Lunss and it came out exactly how I dreamt! I was so nervous to go through a company where I would never see anyone in person or be measured in person, but it was one of the best risks I’ve taken! I recommend them to anyone! (especially during this pandemic!) Thank you Lunss for contributing to my dream wedding!

I genuinely love the dress lunss created for my prom this year. They were understanding and patient with decisions I made with what I wanted for my dress, and communicated well with updates. The moment I put it on I loved it. A bit higher than what my budget was but it by far was worth it. These ladies are phenomonal, please trust them. Sunny made my ideal princess dress and I felt truly special in it on my prom night. Thank you so much.

I bought a simple wedding dress from them wrap dress style and had asked to install a hook and eye closure and to move the neckline up, they made the dress and I have to confirm before shipment. They put the dress on a dress form and of course it looked perfect. Got the dress and its trash. None of what I asked for was even on the dress, not like you can see a hidden eyelet from a picture. The measurements are all off, it fits really poorly and the quality sucks. I wanted a refund but all they offered was another dress for free. They give no refunds for custom dresses, THEY'RE ALL CUSTOM DRESSES! Dont get scammed by this company, they buy reviews!

lunss dealt with me in the worst way possible. i hate myself for trusting them, with my court wedding dress. since i cant afford ashi studio design . i figured i should ask these fools if they can sew me something similar . they assured me that they could sew the design, instead of just admitting that they cant do it . I received a horrible looking thing from them, that couldn't even fit me and they claim that it cant fit because I sent them the wrong measurements but they have nothing to say
about the awful design they made. What they sent to me does not remotely look like the ashi design
. They wrapped the dress like a piece of trash in a tiny bag .
The packaging was so horrible that the boning of the petticoat inside was so badly bent that
they could not get straight, even after 4hours of ironing , the boning never got back its shape.
it was destroyed. I have asked them to even give me back half of the $350 I paid for this
and they wont give me anything . i have been back and forth with them and my bank for months and
they still wont give me anything...... I paid 350 dollars for gabbage.
Even if this dress fit, it looks so horrible that its unwearable .
Please everyone, learn from my mistake . DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE .
THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU TRASH . These people are thieves

This experience was such a thrill and truly trusted everybody working on my dress. I am a very picky person and wanted to know a lot about every detail when making the dress and Tansy, who was extremely nice and understanding, would respond with everything I would ask for.

I paid for rushed Making and shipping of the dress and was expecting it to be done in three weeks and sent but it was finished by the end of second Week and shipped in three days. The dress turned out beautiful and fit me perfectly. Love everything about it and all the details put into it.
Such a fun experience for me!would definitely buy from here again!

I loved my dress (customization #2006227535) it literally fit me like a dream. Tansy was absolutely sweet and good to work with. If there was something I wanted to change she would tell me how it worked, and reinstate how the dress wouos be made, so it made it really easy to know what was being done with my dress. One thing I will say is there is a 5 on 5 communication message limit before you can go past the limit you must make some form of payment towards the dress, and I totally understand they don’t want their time to be wasted.

From the beginning of our conversation to the end she helped me through everything. I ordered this dress for my pageant and I received numerous compliments the whole night. At the end of every customization they send a photo to confirm what you wanted. I just love everything about this website and I’m currently in the process of another dress but this time I ordered a sketch for (customization #2009053628) and let me tell you it is absolutely beautiful my mom and I can’t stop looking at it.

I paid full price for a wedding dress, then found one that was perfect, asked for a refund and I have received nothing, I have emailed and messaged , they say they have paid but I have nothing

I would give my overall experience with Lunss a 4.5 out of 5 stars.

I give my design experience 5 stars: Tansy was wonderful to work with—She was very patient and understanding as I worked through my ideas with her—I know I was not the most decisive customers to start with, but she remained patience and helpful during our many exchanges. Our discussions started 5/13/2020, production started around 6/8/2020 and my dress arrived to my home on 8/17/2020 which is an impressive turnaround time in my opinion. I live on the east coast in the US, so the time difference of 12 hours caused communication to take a bit more time when ironing out details.

I give my production experience 4 stars: There was a bit of a communication breakdown from my discussion with Tansy, to the actual production of the dress. My biggest disappointment is that Tansy and I discussed that the bottom would be made of soft net/tulle with no leaf pattern like an example I sent to her. When the finished product photos were posted, the bottom was made of the same leaf pattern lace as the rest of the dress, which was not what I had been planning for all along. Tansy was kind enough to offer it to be made again, but I didn’t want to cause anyone the trouble and possibly causing damage to the dress when remaking it. I was also expecting to see the tie up back and loops to be made in the color ivory like my example, but the loops and ribbon were made in the color nude much to my surprise. Tansy explained that the loops are general made to be the same color as the interior of the bodice, but I was just not expecting this. She was kind enough to include an ivory string with my shipment for me to test—Even though I don’t love it, I will be using the nude ribbon since the ivory doesn’t look very good with the loops being nude. The last surprise was that the dress was created to my measurements with bare feet, and does not include the allowance for the planned 3.5’’ shoes I was going to wear that I included in my initial measurements. The ensemble looks a little silly with such tall shoes as it is showing at the bottom, so I will just wear sandals—It’s probably a blessing in disguise that I can’t wear heels anyway, so no harm done there.

I would give my general experience 4.5 stars due to the disappointment of the bottom being changed without my knowledge, the back being a different color than I expected, and the bottom being shorter than expected. Overall, for the price, I would definitely work with Lunss again. The quality and workmanship they produce is much better than your general affordable bridal shop.

I had a great experience with getting my 2020 prom dress made from luns at first I was a little scared but i decided to put my trust in them and it was the best desicion i have made. The dress is beautiful from the moment I recieve it tried it on i fell in love i cant wait to actually wear it to a special ocasion I would recomemd this site to anybdody they won’t dissapoint.

I was hesitant at first, but they made the process very easy from start to finish. The dress quality was even better than expected and I would have paid far more for a dress of similar quality here. It is made of a heavier material, which will be nice for a fall wedding. They had a couple questions along the way, making me trust them more that I wasn't going to end up with something I wouldn't like. The color was slightly different than I expected, but it's difficult to tell from pictures sometimes. I would recommend using them.

Unbelievably gorgeous dress and by far the most excellent quality, service, and the time it took to make the dress is absolutely incredible!! I will definitely be back for more customizations! Thank you again for everything!!!!

Obviously very skeptical at the beginning but I decided to test my luck. My dress came very fast and was beautiful even though I didn't pay for expedited shipping. Tansy always made it easy for me even when I kept changing my mind. I'd say it's worth it. The only thing I recommend is to try and order a few months before your event so you have enough time for changes and shipping since it comes from China.

Everything went well. Customer service was great and my dress arrived on time. Even during this current pandemic. My prom dress is very nice!

I was really skeptical at first, I watched a couple youtube videos on them and searched them up on instagram and even then I was still skeptical. But I went ahead and decided to buy the dress that I wanted a size up. It just came and fits great I don’t even need to tailor it really. It sucks that we don’t have prom now though :/ But yeah the dress quality was great, appearance was great, and it looked just like how they advertised it so I’m satisfied :)

I chose to custom size my dress and I’m so happy that because my dress fits me so well. The whole process was simple and easy to understand and I liked the fact that there was a communication system. Even though I may not have a prom this year I still love the dress I bought and I would recommend to others for finding a prom dress
