Custom made Prom dress

We used the service to make a prom dress.

The design was provided by us, the designer provided us with options of fabric and colors. The process was painless.

The designer, Tansy gave us valuable feedback about the options available and the colors that we are choosing. They provided timely service and delivered 1 week prior to the deadline.

We will use their service again. My daughter was so happy to see her dress, it fit perfectly (Measurements were done by us using the online guide they provide us).

My daughter's best friend designed the dress and we were looking for someone to make it for over a year and we found a perfect place online.

terrible return policy. they dont respond to return request and then claim 7 days have passed and cant return. they want pictures of items. they do anything so you cant return things.

I was nervous about ordering a custom wedding dress online, but I needed a dress that was well under $1000 so I decided to take the chance. My dress came today and it is beautiful! Not only that, but it fits perfectly—absolutely no alterations needed!! I initially had a few problems with my designer forgetting a couple things, but she was kind and always fixed the issue. I’m so happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this company,

This was an amazing experience. I loved my dress completely. My dress designer (Nancy) made everything easy and understandable. All my questions were answered and my dress came on time. It’s beautiful from long sleeves to the tulle at the bottom. I will definitely be buying again soon.

I googled customized dresses and LUNSS popped up so I visited their Facebook page and the pictures was incredible so I went ahead and placed my order and I must say the communication was perfect. Any questions or suggestions I had was addressed promptly (Sunny was our stylist). There was a little set back on completion date which was only a week but it was completed before the date that was given. When we saw the pictures, we was in awwww!! Once I confirmed and approve the photos, the dress took 5 days to arrive (ordered rush shipping). To unwrap the package was a task but it was worth it because the dress fitted like a glove and no alterations was needed. This dress was awesomely done! Love it and would recommend to anyone! Make sure to order at least 2 - 2 1/2 months in advance just to avoid delays and rush. Thank you LUNSSSSS!!!🥳🥳

I came up with a dress design and they were so helpful and did an amazing job on my dress. I continually recommend them to all my friends :D It was a wonderful experience!!

If I’m going to be 100% honest, in my experience, I think this is the best place to go for a dress if you want it to feel special. I’ve gone here for both of my prom dresses and I was not once disappointed. The service is amazing, Tansy is the best. She is on top of everything and knows what she’s doing. The prices are also very affordable and the quality is beyond amazing. I also received my dress in less than a week from when it got shipped out. Overall, wonderful company.

What can I say. Amazing service! My designer was Tansy and she was amazing! I got to design my dress how I wanted it and sent the sketches to her. I got a two piece wedding dress, with pale blue/silvery satin and a ivory lace overlay. The lace pieced together really well between the two parts. The skirt was mermaid with a bit of a train. And the top was corsetted with detachable spaghetti straps which was really handy! Overall brilliant service, great end result, came well packaged and was made really well. It really added to my day! Will try to wear for our 10year if I'm able!!!

If you’re a bride looking for a cheaper option, please don’t use lunss. There are better quality options for the same price out there. I truly regret having spent 500+ CAD dlls here. I trusted a review I saw from a youtube video, but since it was sponsored, I should have known better...

While the communication with them is good, they just didn’t deliver what was promised. My dress photo confirmation came and I was truly sad: the cups were too noticeable, the zipper wasn’t invisible, the sleeves were off, the neckline was wrong, the back was wrong... I ask for their refund policy and turns out I only could get 40% back... I didn’t get offered any other type of compensation or solution.

I lost 300+ CAD dlls. Pretty expensive lesson to learn.

I just received my daughters custom prom
dress from Lunss and I must say I’m very impressed. The process was very easy from start to finish. My seamstress Tansy was very helpful and answered my questions in a timely manner. Overall I’m very impressed with their service.

My daughter has designed a dress for her middle school formal with Lunss 3 times. Every time they have been very diligent and patient to help make her dress a reality. Each dress was well made and a perfect fit. We are so glad we found Lunss.

There was no problem, in terms of fitting, it was all measured well, and sized perfectly for me.
Im a 148cm tall and this dress was designed in my perfect fit size.

James is an outstanding asset to the lunns group and is highly knowledged in Rolex and Tudor and all other brands. Tansy has been a pleasure to work with when designing my wedding dress. I have been struggling to find the perfect wedding dress and was excited to come across Lunss to have a dress customised to suit my specific requirements.

The communication was excellent throughout the process and Tansy provided all the different recommendations and options available for me to choose from.

I had some extra time so was willing to to take a risk for the desired outcome.

The final photos that were sent over did not look as I would have liked it to on the mannequin but when I received the dress it looked AMAZING on so don’t always judge the photos.

I would highly recommend Lunss Couture if you are looking for a custom wedding dress to suit your needs.
This does take time and patience so I would also suggest that you allow some time for the process if this is something you choose to do.

My dress was everything I asked for and made prom night extra special for me ! The designer was amazing at communicating and keeping me updated every step of the way ! The quality of my dress was amazing and I recommend anyone to go to Lunss for an amazing dress/gown!!

Beautiful dress! I love that they kept emailing me updates about how my dress was coming together. Definitely will be purchasing again!
