Update on my wedding dress. This is the dress that was made of the same material you make those itchy tootoos from. That's the underskirt. I spent $528 on this dress and it should have been pristine for that amount. Instead as I have stated in my other reviews, there was black thread sewn into the dress, the arms were massively smaller that the rest of the dress the lace was left sticking straight out and not tacked down. It looked nothing like the original picture. The picture they sent me was from far away and you CANNOT zoom in. Oh, I found some strange red thread too and the bottom of the skirt is discolored. It seriously look like a thrift store dress. And for $528 dollars! Oh and it came blindingly white when in fact I ordered ivory(you know the off-white, Google even backs me up). I even verified with them that it was Ivory and not white because the picture was strangely misleading. Now, after all my b****ing they finally relented and agreed to give me a refund. Mind you this was after they told me I could fix the dress myself. They offered me $91 for a $528 dress!!! I cannot believe this! Oh, and when I asked where my measly was after waiting for a week and needing to payback the money I borrowed for a new dress, they snapped at me and, in lamens terms told me to be patient. Wow! Worst customer service I have ever witnessed! And they damn near ruined my wedding day! They would have had I not been able to borrow money. I still can't believe they told me I could easily fix this or that. Man, for $528 it better be perfect! I shouldn't have to do anything!
*Lunss is currently trying to mark this review as MALICIOUS. I am only attempting to warn others of what I went through with my wedding dress, so they don't make the same mistake. Hopefully many people can see this before it is deleted. Lunss will fight any review that is not in favor of them.

Amazing !! I costumed dress and it’s was very beautiful

Update on my last review. Lunss stated they put my dress on a US size 8 maequin, they have also sent me pictures of that mannequin. I have now checked the size chart they sent me and my measurements put me between US Size 8,12 and 14 on that size chart so how could my size 14 measurements fit on a size 8 mannequin, how could my size 12 measurements fit on a size 8 manequin?? Because the dress is size 8 all over that's why.

I am absolutely disgusted on how they are making me jump through hoops to sort this when they have all the evidence they need as they have provided it to me!

I have visited 2 shops today and bought pants and a slip to video, I cannot purchase what they require without going into the city which is 1.5 hours away, the city I live in won't sell that as it's like a body stocking. For confirmation I am not running around any further, the slip I boughtt is the thinnest material ever, it isn't going to add inches.

I am deeply appauled that they have sent me a size chart stating measurements that if they were used would never in a million years fit on a size 8 mannequin.

These people are sharks. Please go back 30 reviews and you will see how bad they are, I made the mistake of only looking at around the last 10. Also you can only post a 5* rating on their site anything else it won't allow.

I customised my Prom dress using Lunss and got rush shipping so they would come days before my prom because I had customised the dress late. It had come earlier then expected and was no trouble with it coming. When it came the dress was just like how it looked in the picture with even more detail which was beautiful. I was very happy with the dress and won best dress during prom.

I had a great experience with Lunss because I was able to easily communicate what I wanted. They made my vision come true and I will definitely be shopping here again!

Took a few months to organise the dress but overall i was pretty happy with it!

A few mishaps here and there, but it in the end it came on time and was exactly what it hoped it’d be. A little bit large around the body but it didn’t bother me too much.

They were very fast, very patient and organized. They listened and i couldn’t have asked for a better dress

I had bought the dress to be completely customized and they were very transparent with every step. The dress came on time and was everything I asked for.

The design process was great. I had a personal consultant who guided me through the entire process. Sizing was great and the design came out exactly how I wanted !! Would definitely recommend for future dressmaking

At first i was so nervous about buying a dress online, like most would be but then i checked out the reviews and gave it a chance. my dress was made perfectly in a quick manner. There was constant communication between by designer and I and it was so settling to know someone who was working on my dress kept in contact with me.

I had a wonderful experience !!, my custom prom dress was a dream come true , no problems what so ever the dress was beautiful and it fit perfectly , thanks to Nancy and everyone else that made my dress absolutely stunning !! Would shop here again

After ordering a custom bridesmaid dress with Lunss, I was very shocked that the service was so quick and easy. The designer private messaged me and responded back promptly and it was a very uncomplicated process. The dress turned out great and is great quality.

The dress was very beautiful and fit exceptionally well. It looked just like was described.

After a lot of time checking different websites for my bridal team (2 bridesmaids + 2 junior bridesmaids + 1 flower girl) I had decided to order all 5 dresses from Lunss. Communication was always very quick and clear. I do admit that I was sceptical at first and also worried that I was going to spend a lot of money on all the dresses and then end up with a bad result...but they proved me wrong!

Dealing with 5 different dresses with 3 different (yet similar) designs was not an easy job for them, however the results were truly remarkable and sizing was perfectly done! Whatever I have asked for (and I asked a lot of things) they managed to tick all the boxes!

On the wedding day, all 5 of them got a lot of compliments on the dresses and the designs they had. All dresses where super comfortable and very well tailored!

I definitely recommend Lunss to anyone that would like to do something of such sort or to anyone that has any doubt about getting them down by Lunss!

I am SO late with this review! My prom was in March and my dress came in a timely manner. Communication was great with Nancy and she did SOOOO amazing on my dress! It was more beautiful than I ever imagined! It was an absolute show stopper and everyone I talked to said I had the best dress of the night and that I looked so beautiful and classy in it! My parents, family, and prom date fell in love with the dress! I loved this dress so much that I also did a photoshoot in it. Next time I need a dress I will not hesitate to come to Lunss and place an order! I still have no words.... just know this dress made my last prom a night to remember forever💜 Thank you Lunss!

i mean everything went so goos!! i was really last minute about the dress but wow i am amazed. good communication with the designer everything i wanted was in my dress they were fast and honestly i was septic at the beginning but now i am happy i trusted my gut they kept showing picture of the processus just an amazing work by amazing people. thank you.

This company is wonderful. I looked for a prom dress for six months and couldn’t find one that I felt deserved me spending money on. I found an abundance of wedding dresses and ballgown styled prom dresses and Cinderella inspired dresses that were super pretty, but not one of them had EVERYTHING I wanted in the dress.

I wanted to get a dress custom made by a Phillipino designer I found and fell in love with, but his dresses were thousands of dollars and the order had to be placed years in advance. When I found this website I couldn’t believe it. I fact checked the website to make sure it was legit and all the honest reviews from previous customers made me trust them even when everyone else I knew said I was wasting my money or getting scammed.

The AWESOME seamstress, Nancy, I was paired with did an absolute WONDERFUL job on my dress and it was everything I expected. The only (minor) qualms I had with the dress when it arrived was getting the dress out of its super compressed packaging. They stuffed a huge ballgown into a ball that was roughly the size of a basketball. It took me almost 40 minutes to carefully cut away all the many layers of tape. I swear they used magic to get it wrapped up like that.

The color was also slightly off than what I expected. I (thought) I picked a light baby blue color with gray undertones, but because of the low lighting in the picture they sent me (of my color options)!the blue was actually a light grey. At first I was disappointed, but it actually made the dress look even more beautiful. It didn’t have the blue, which would make people think I was trying to mimic Cinderella, and the design and color didn’t make it look like a wedding dress. So the color being off was actually a blessing in disguise. (A LOT of people were making fun of me when I said I wanted a Cinderella inspired dress. They said a blue ballgown would look costume-y and said that getting a white/cream colored dress would essentially be a wedding dress. The light grey + silver it came in was actually a happy medium that I didn’t know about.)

The bust of the dress was also a bit loose due to me accidentally losing a bit of weight. That altered my exact measurements I sent months prior, but that’s not their fault at all. (I kept having bra slips throughout the night and kept needing to pull up the dress, but that was also my fault for ordering a big ball gown and expecting it to stay in place all night, haha.)

The last and only *real* issue I had was that the dress wasn’t as fluffed out or as big as I wanted it. I wanted a high-low ball gown that still had a //ballgown// shape instead of an A-line shape. They had the high-low portion, but didn’t add enough layers to make it ballgown style, so it ended up A-line. But even then, it never took away from the beauty of it. The dress was gorgeous and if I ever get the chance to wear it again, I’ll just make a high-low petticoat to put underneath to fluff it out even more.

I’d rate this company and their service 10/10 and I would ABSOLUTELY order from them again. I would recommend them to EVERYONE I know. They’re not a scam, customer service is great, and they do everything exactly as asked. (Again, another shoutout to Nancy!! I loved her a lot and she was so good and patient with me even when I was getting anxious with her or had confusing instructions for what I wanted for my dress.) Order from them, you won’t regret it!! (And make sure you order WAAYY in advance to get your item on time!)

They made my dress a priority since my event date was earlier than the minimum date to get a dress made. easy to communicate and the dress was beautiful!

The dress was exactly what I asked for. The measurements were spot on and they were pretty good with answering questions and contacting you.
