Bewertungen zu Spiraea 'Snowmound'

‘Snowmound’ is loved for that crisp, white, spring-flowering moment when the branches look as if they’ve been dusted with fresh snow. It’s bright, clean, and properly uplifting — especially when it’s flowering against new green leaves elsewhere in the garden. It works beautifully in mixed borders and cottage-style planting, and it’s also useful as a gentle, informal shrub to soften edges near paths or lawns. The overall effect is light and airy rather than heavy, so it blends well without feeling bulky. Plant it in sun or light shade in most garden soils. If you need to prune, do it just after flowering, because it blooms on the previous year’s growth and you’ll want to keep that for next spring’s display.
