I ordered the slate over the phone. The man assured me the items would arrive on a certain day and they did. Very well packaged, not one slate tile was chipped or broken. The nice man that delivered, when asked, set the pallet inside my garage. All went very well as I was told it would. Now that is service. Thank you.

All granite tiles were perfect no damages. The granite floor looks great.

I got granite tiles. Shipping was good and the tiles arrived in good condition. I thought the finish and bullnosing were very good, although the bullnosing is kind of expensive. A few of the tiles (about 4 out of 70) had characteristics that weren’t very desirable, like a corner or one half that had a lot of black stone in it and didn’t look like the rest of the batch. I ordered Venetian gold. However overall I am very satisfied.

I bought 3 jumbo Silestone Quartz from the company for my kitchen upgrade. The Representative was very helpful.

good service and quality but the website doesnt make it very clear whether you're ordering per tile or per square foot and as a result we misordered a few times which added time and shipping cost. Also, one time the company sent us the incorrect tiles (not honed instead of honed), which unfortunately I only found out after we'd already put them in, so that was not great, but at least they waived the shipping cost for the final order as a compensation, so that was elegant.

Your offerings are not updated and after placing the order I learned that it was out of stock or discontinued. Cancelation was prompt and credit also. Customer Service quickly notified us you couldn’t honor the order and was pleasant and professional despite our obvious disappointment.

To be totally fair, the quarry seems to be drying up and with it the inventory worldwide. Doesn’t absolve this company of teasing us, but I would give them another try.

The only complaint I have is I went with the freight that cost more thinking I would receive it fast but I actually had to go pick it up in Bangor 20 miles away though tracking showed it was delivered 845am 3 Jan to New England and when i asked for an update 4 Jan when it never arrived I got a call that morning saying they would not be able to get it to us til Monday unless we wanted to go pick it up.. The granite though is beautiful and looks gorgeous in our bathroom. I am curious the difference between the two choices of freight delivery...

Tile arrived early witch helped scheduling installation with no broken granit tiles and the driver put the load of tiles right where I wanted them without any help from me (Great)

I was nervous about trying to match my current granite with granite tile in the same pattern. Ordering online and giving up your credit card number is always a bit worrisome but this was perfect. I received the perfect match within 3 days. No broken tiles and the price was awesome. I’ll be using MarbleWarehouse.com again.
