I ordered CBD lotion which is fine except it is advertised as having a 2 year shelf life but when I received it the expiration date was in 18 months. I ordered CBD oil (same brand) 6 months earlier which had an expiration date of a year longer than the lotion. I called Massage Warehouse and they said there was nothing they could do (not willing to exchange or refund it). They said they do not honor what is advertised on their website.

Bought multiple items never any issues and always arrives on time great service.

Order the most basic white sheets that were “in stock” on the website. I place the order and the confirmation email said the product would shop in 7 days. Then I got an email after 10 days saying the shipment was delayed about would ship in 2 weeks. When followed up 3 week later with an email. I got a prompt response that the sheets were on back order and were shipping in 2 months. They feel like a sparsely run company who orders supplies as the client places an order in lieu of a “warehouse” of readily available supplies, “in stock” and ready to ship. Never again will I shop from Massage Warehouse!

Site advertises next day delivery but delivery actually took over a week. Contacted customer support and their responses were very dismissive, to the point of rude.

Excellent products. SLLLOOOOOWWWWW to ship/deliver. last order was around the 10th. today is the 19th. Still has not shipped. It's one container of cream. apparently they had to make the prouct to ship it. SILL has NOT SHIPPED>

Made…. After sales is prompt and really helpful……. I couldn’t rate them higher in my experience……..first dealings a few years ago, and latest just now….. and they always have good deals on !

Placed an order, didn't say anything about it not being in stock.....got an email the following day saying it was backordered and would ship within sixty days or they'd refund my purchase. But that does not give you a reasonable window of time to dispute the transaction with your credit card issuer so I decided not to HOPE they'd refund me after a 60 day wait. I called intending to cancel and was told it would ship by today, which is over two weeks after the original purchase. It is not going to ship for the foreseeable future so I cancelled. Hopefully they actually refund my money. It seems to be a normal pattern to sell items they don't have in stock, going by what many other people have said here and elsewhere about Massage Warehouse.

Terribly misleading promotions. They really like fine print and disclaimers you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to find. They didn’t offer to refund the promo I thought I was getting; just to give me store credit for the cost of shipping i.e. I would have had to buy something else to get any kind of discount out of the experience. Won’t be back.

I ordered an Oakworks massage table from Massage Warehouse on the 5th of January. The lead time for tables from Oakworks is 3 weeks. This would have led to their first date of the 31 of January for a ship date. The company was contacted after 1st date came and went. I was provided with 3 different estimated ship dates and each one did not lead to a shipment. I contacted Oakworks directly when Massage Warehouse claimed it was the manufacturer that was holding up the process. The table was not sent until I demanded the correct order number from Massage Warehouse to deal with the manufacturer directly.

Recommendation, do not use Massage Warehouse and go directly to the source.

Their products are very good quality, their customer service is excellent.
I would certainly use this company again

If you’re buying sheets, be very careful with the color. When I got my sheets, I immediately took them to the laundromat. I thought the color looked more yellow than natural as I had ordered, but I thought maybe it was just the lighting, when I got it back in my studio. They surely don’t look Natural ithey look yellow and it’s clashing with all my stuff and they’re telling me they cannot be returned. 7 sets, Pretty disappointing. Also, Massage sheets are not as big as we know, if you have someone big on the table, I think it’s really nicer to have the regular size twin

Really tired of the discount game with you guys when someone is buying in bulk. offer a 20% email discount code but can't apply to an item already discounted 15% . Also unwilling to allow me to pay full price to get and extra 5% discount. STOP PLAYING GAMES. Tired of this company. Hope a competitor comes to beat you out soon.

Every time I order and it says it’s “in stock” it never fails that I get an email stating is it back ordered. That the delivery date will be much later or cancelled. It’s frustrating. This will be my last order with them. Any other recommendations?

I ordered a replacement pedal for my electric table, a product I had previously ordered with Massage Warehouse, and the price quadrupled in 1 1/2 years. They said it was Oakworks and advised me to call them directly. Oakworks would not budge on the price and had a high shipping fee. I was forced to buy from Massage Warehouse and they worked with me on applying a one time 20% discount. After 10 business days, I had no communication regarding shipping. I spoke with customer service and was told Oakworks requested a serial number the day after my order and nobody at MW sent the information so the order was never released for shipping. I then spoke with a manger and she apologized, made a call to Oakworks and told me the order was released and the best they could do was overnight ship the pedal on 1/8/24.

On 1/9/24, I received a "ship confirmation" email and it was not overnight. It is now 13 business days with no shipment and I cannot use my table without the pedal. I left a message for the supervisor I spoke to on 1/10/24 and I am waiting for a call.

I almost did not order because of prior bad reviews. However, they had what i needed in stock at a good price. Not that many other places did.

Wish there was a zero stars. Buyer beware. These people are out to steal your money plain and simple. The reviews on their site have to be bogus. They took my money right away and I didn't hear back from them in 2 weeks when it should've been no more than 10 days. I waited and no call no email nothing. I called them and some snarky guy told me with attitude he didn't have a tracking number yet. I said well I was told they usually go out in 5 days. He stayed quite. I said, hello, are you there? He clearly didn't want to talk to me. I said cancel my order then. He said fine, but we will charge you 3%. For WHAT? He said read your contract. Well the contract says 3% CC fee which means credit card. There was no credit card involved. I call back and got Mr. Snarky again and I told him I want to speak to a MGR. Well of course he says there is no MGR. So I suppose you run it yourself then? He said it is a small company. OK there you go. No telling who is running this business. All I know is they seriously lack customer service skills and are out to take your money anyway they can. My attorney has the contract and we won't be ripped off buy these thugs. I'm reporting them to the BBB. BUYER BEWARE you are better off going straight to the manufacturers. Trust me on that.

Product I ordered on backorder and company refuses to cancel my order and return my money to my account. They say they DON'T have to cancel or refund unless they dont fulfill order in 60 days,THEN they will have my money returned in 2 days. I want my refund NOW...I can purchase this product somewhere else, and need the refund.

I ordered a table heater for my massage table, I was not happy with its auto shut-off preset setting and decided to return it. The heater was more expensive than other brands that I could get from Amazon, Massage Warehouse charged me for shipping, and when I was returning it within 30 days I had to pay for shipping again. On a $60 purchase I paid $30 in shipping, and they did not even refund me for the tax I had paid correctly. Not worth it, I will never buy anything from this company again.

This people It’s the worst thing there is, they make a mistake in the order and they want you to pay to return it. don’t buy here, they’re only going to get you upset!
