Great website and app and the rewards are really amazing and our value. I redeemed some of my points for a camping chair and I’ve used it already and I keep it in my car. It comes in handy.
My item was delivered super quick

I am writing this review because Maximiles customer support has completely ignored my multiple help queries. They respond that we are going to sort it out and send you the reward but nothing. I sent them my address again too - just in case but still nothing.
Over a month ago, I redeemed all of my points for a stanley toolbox. The points were immediately deducted from my account, but I have still not received the reward.According to your terms, rewards should take around 10 working days. It has now been over 30 days. I have sent numerous support tickets and have received zero helpful responses or resolutions. Just false hopes. Please look into my account immediately, locate my missing reward, and contact me to resolve this.

After filling surveys i collected points to get rewards with them. Good choice of rewards.

It's brilliant to have your say in the surveys but earning points towards gifts makes it even sweeter.
I just got a £25 gift voucher for sainsbury's so I am off to see what tu have got. My treat to myself.

Surveys and games, easy to play helps to pass the long evenings and brings monetary vouchers to purchase your own reward. I usually choose a Waitrose card and redeem it for a bottle of good quality brandy. Excellent.

I always enjoy doing the questionnaires, especially knowing that eventually l'll get a freebie out of it.

Nonostante i solleciti non hanno accreditato nulla, rispondono che il compenso è soltanto 260 punti. Lo studio era sulla riduzione dell' esposizione ai social media per una settimana.

I've subscribed to Maximiles UK for a number of years as I think it's one of the best rewards sites. It offers a varied range of items and gift cards for the points accrued. I generally exchange my points for supermarket gift cards for John Lewis or M&S which I then use for special treats and occasions. The redemption process is easy, which I appreciate as I'm not very computer literate and gifts arrive relatively quickly. I also appreciate the gift cards being physical rather than digital. Happy with my Playstation Gift Card, gave 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because I feel the variety of rewards could be better for example movies updated.

It took a while to get to my reward, but it was worth it to get a £25 M & S voucher!

I love doing the different surveys and getting points for playing the really good games. The range of prizes are very good and the whole experience very worthwhile and rewarding.

When you get to complete a survey its great. Theres a lot of screen outs and it does take a long time to get enough points to exchange them. However, once you do theres a good choice of things, especially the supermarket vouchers. Its easy to exchange and your vouchers arrive very quickly, so all in all a good site.

I've been with Maximiles UK for a number of years. I enjoy doing their surveys and being rewarded with points - which are always quite good. Their Customer Service is brilliant and very professional. I recently used my points to get an RFID Blocking Metal Card Holder, which I'd seen advertised on YouTube, and happy that Maximiles had them available. I have nothing to complain about and will continue with Maximiles as long as I'm able.

I got enough points to order a portable speaker, so on the 21-5-26 I ordered the speaker it’s now20-6-26 and I’m still waiting for the speaker contacted company about it and still nothing sorted.
