I love doing the different surveys and getting points for playing the really good games. The range of prizes are very good and the whole experience very worthwhile and rewarding.

When you get to complete a survey its great. Theres a lot of screen outs and it does take a long time to get enough points to exchange them. However, once you do theres a good choice of things, especially the supermarket vouchers. Its easy to exchange and your vouchers arrive very quickly, so all in all a good site.

I've been with Maximiles UK for a number of years. I enjoy doing their surveys and being rewarded with points - which are always quite good. Their Customer Service is brilliant and very professional. I recently used my points to get an RFID Blocking Metal Card Holder, which I'd seen advertised on YouTube, and happy that Maximiles had them available. I have nothing to complain about and will continue with Maximiles as long as I'm able.

I got enough points to order a portable speaker, so on the 21-5-26 I ordered the speaker it’s now20-6-26 and I’m still waiting for the speaker contacted company about it and still nothing sorted.

The previous shaver I got from you was brilliant then it just stopped working. A real shame. So I got a different shaver from you that is absolutely useless ! How Phillips got away with making this is beyond me. I'm so disappointed.

While the surveys promoted by Maximiles are usually relevant and can be interesting, too frequently I am told that I cannot access them. This happens before I have even entered any details. I can quite understand being excluded from surveys on the basis of age, gender, education etc ; what is irritating is being told that a survey is awaiting my input only to be told that I cannot access it when I try. And this without being offered a reason.

I've enjoyed using Maximiles. There are regular surveys to take and earning points is straightforward. It's a good way to pick up a few extra perks when you have some spare time.

I placed my order months ago a and never came so emailed to see what was happening and they resent the parcel and again never received it after another month later so I emailed them again and they sent it again but I had to email several times so wasn’t the best this time so was confused

Enjoying spending my M&S vouchers. Rewards build slowly, but are worthwhile in the end.

Great survey site, quick to redeem rewards- which has a large choice, and also honours the rewards.

It's surprising how quickly your points build up just doing easy surveys. Some are a bit long but you get more points for those. I just claimed a £25 Argos voucher which arrived within days of ordering but there are a lot of awards available.
