would have given it 5 stars but it takes about 10 months for me to earn enough points for a £25 M&S gift card, but that said I enjoy the surveys and the reward is very useful, there are also lots of other good rewards that won't take as long to earn

Received my reward very quickly. I often get screened out but still enough surveys to get points.

I got some quite decent bottles (6) of wine. It might have taken me about 2 years but they were from Laithwaite's and good quality on the whole

There is lots of choice when claiming rewards, depending on account balance. The rewards are soon despatched, and available to spend.

Some good surveys. But a lot of the time get kicked for being in a large demographic of the country. Also completed a very long survey only to be told my answers were excluded as id done it too fast?!

I have asked so many times when I am getting my 9000 points for a project i done and I was told as soon as I sent the weighing scales back they would be added that was over 6 weeks ago and I am yet to get them and customer service acknowledgement seems to be over there heads I am so very disappointed and very often now I get notifications on my phone that a survey is available on the app and when I click on it there's nothing there and quite often i don't qualify for a survey due to someone else in mh household has done thd same survey

This is a great way to get rewarded for doing surveys . I have just redeemed £50 in Sainsbury points .
I still have a lot left .

Hi, been doing Maximiles surveys for some years now & takes a while to build up points but usually get a voucher to spend, probably 3 or 4 a yr just to answer a few questions. Great thanks

Love doing the surveys and giving my opinion. Great to be rewarded and plenty of rewards to choose from. Very quick to deliver gift cards. It's nice to be able to treat yourself once in a while. Thank you Maximiles 😊.

I enjoy the surveys and earning points.
I prefer to use my rewards for vouchers, for M&S or Argos. It does take a long time to accrue enough points for a £25 voucher, but it’s lovely to spend.
I’ve just bought a denim dress and with M&S and with them having 20% off, it’s been a good buy.

Hi there.
Been with Maximiles for a while now. When u can accumulate enough points and it takes a very very long time to get the reward is great. The rewards vary for everyone the best are the shops vouchers. They are only specific not really a better range other stores. The surveys are great interesting and wide ranged. Depends when u go into it whether u qualify or not. Sometimes it can be frustrating but overall good. The only thing is that vouchers or whatever take too long to achieve. Sometimes u just don't want to take part as you don't think u have got anywhere. Sometimes u can be on a roll and u get them fast. When u order your choice it does arrive fast. When u email they take too long to respond or not at all. U have to chase them and Sometimes they don't know what u mean. That's frustrating too. Overall good bur extremely slow. Maybe they should change the set up. Give it a fresh approach.

Fantastic rewards something for everyone and the surveys are good.

Love the amount of surveys and chance to get rewards. However once you claim your reward for the past year they are very slow at sending them out and have to message them to remind them to send it.

takes a very long time to get the reward you want but its nice to get a 25 quid love to shop voucher at the end of it

Had enough points to redeem a case of wine which I am enjoying very much. It was very easy to choose from wide selection of rewards, and delivered promptly the next day.

Took a while to complete the task to reach the required level but well worth it. A big help to my weekly shopping bills.
