I ordered a toolbox with my points on the 20th of January 2026. 30 days have now passed and still no toolbox.
I have messaged several times and still no explanation.
Not happy on this occasion.

It does take a long time to accrue points for the gift you need. I opt for a voucher from M & S. unfortunately this site does not include Amazon vouchers. I applied for my voucher and there was a problem with the system so it took nearly 3 weeks for me to receive it. Some other sites I use you get a reward within hours or a few days.

It takes a little while to build up points especially when starting a survey and then to be bumped off probably because of age but have earned enough points for a £25 voucher

I redeemed my points for a £25 voucher over a month ago, with the understanding that it would be received within two weeks. Unfortunately, the voucher has still not arrived.
I contacted the customer service team to follow up, but it has now been an additional two weeks without any response. The lack of communication and delay in resolving this issue has been disappointing.
This experience has not met expectations.

I receive enough surveys to earn enough points, I always received my rewards with great care, I have been using maximiles for many years now, Im really happy with this company and customer service

Used points to order a "reward". Nothing appeared so contacted Maximiles who had messed up! Another try in place!! Not good.

I ordered a reward in January. I am still awaiting the voucher code. Little response from customer complaints.

Sent off for a £25 Sainsbury voucher and it arrived quite quickly. Well packaged and worked at local store with no problems.

Doing it for a while now, but the rewards are getting 'pricey'.. I mean we receive the same amount of points per time spent for your surveys, but you increased the necessary points with around 800 points per reward.. not fair! I get the Maybelline mascare with 2190 points last year and now I need 2990.. such a great deal!

I enjoy doing surveys and it is good to be rewarded for doing them. I also do the games on there every day and it is doing my mental health a great deal of good to be able to relax with them. I save up my points and then usually ask for vouchers which have always arrived very swiftly and efficiently.
