Good customer service, nothing is a problem!

Painless experience of first auction.Could have been offered a carrier bag on collection, though.

Qualified description of framed graphic prints, that - when opened and checked - proved to be be correctly described. Fully satisfied buyer

Good efficient and friendly.Use again no problem.

No problems , professional

Great auction house. Item was described perfectly, they were easy to deal with and MBE did a GREAT JOB PACKING!!!!

I have found the staff very easy to communicate with and also very helpful. THEY ALSO HAVE SOME VERY GOOD SALES.

every thing was very good with the process ,we live in a strange world now where every time we purchase any thing we are asked to rate how the company did ! the star rating is like being at school ,if the company is doing their job properly then why do they need to be reassured all the time ?this is not a negative slight towards this company in particular ,just in general we seem to be living in a world that constantly needs to be praised and reassured thank you !

Bought a lovely item through online auction, paid online and arranged appointment to collect from the warehouse. Whole process went without a hitch, covid precautions were spot-on, and very happy with the item itself.

Great service easy to bid on easy to pay for winning items

Bought some whiskey at recent sale. Lot that I was informed that I had won was also won by another bidder ?? Explanation that I got on making Enquiries was not plausible nor made any sense.Complaint badly handled

I found the whole experience of dealing with them very good and they were most accommodating with my collection from the saleroom in these difficult times. I will definitely be watching their sales to see if anything takes my fancy.
Great team and items described well in the catalogue.

Auctioneers super helpful with delivery options and forbearing. Great items at excellent prices.

I had never purchased anything through an on line auction. The site was easy to use. A staff member was very helpful on the phone when I was figuring out logistics of shipping my purchase home.

Excellent customer service, prompt response on the telephone and items purchased delivered with 48 hours so well done

Can highly recommend McTear. Not only does the auction process work well and smooth but also the post-auction service is swift and works without fault.

First time I worked with Mctear’s. Good communication qnd service

Handed in 3 lots of merchandise from my mothers house and after sales received a pittance of the sales price. Commission and vat (which we expected) then other fees which we had not personally been told about had been deducted. In all just over 33% had been charged. This was indeed double the amount we expected.

This was the first time we had used McTears and it will be the last.
No wonder EBay is so popular!!
