I enrolled in this company's performance marketing program because they made many strong promises. They claimed they were one of the best performance marketing teams, guaranteed excellent results, and assured us that we would receive proper support, guidance, and marketing strategies after enrollment.
However, my actual experience was completely different. After I paid and joined, I received very little support. Whenever I asked for help, I did not get clear answers or proper guidance. Instead of helping solve issues, they repeatedly blamed platforms like Meta or gave different excuses for poor performance.
The company lacked professional communication, proper account management, and a structured marketing strategy. They made many commitments before enrollment, but after payment, those promises were not fulfilled. I felt that their focus was only on collecting money rather than providing the services they advertised.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Based on my experience, I believe the company has engaged in misleading marketing practices by making promises they did not deliver. I request that this complaint be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to protect other customers from having a similar experience.
