The original order never came after lots of enquires no one could tell me where my eye dropper was, so I had to order another and pay again!

I am so sorry for the delay in the delivery of your order, this particular product was out of stock at the time and does usually take 2-3 weeks to be delivered due to being manufactured in Spain, this is displayed in the body of the description for the product but apologies if this was not clear on the site. The item was months overdue
The item was months overdue. I understand the problem was with the supplier and shipping issues - possibly covid or brexit related. The sales team (esp. Amanda and Maya) was very polite and helpful each time I called and i give them 5 stars for attitude and effort. However, you do not have a system to proactively inform me of delays - despite my requests, each time I had to phone up following missed delivery dates, rather than be advised by your team of the delay. For this part I give 1 star. Hence the overall 3 stars.

Poor wrist support product
Poor wrist support product, which frayed and came apart within 2 weeks. Order only part fulfilled initially and refund slow.
