To try and contact someone from this company is painful, don’t expect a reply in a timely manner. When they do get in contact with you they are very helpful but I did need to keep following up

When my dress arrived I was heartbroken to see the condition of the dress they had sent me, there was a lot of damage on the dress from stains to pulls/runs missing stones - I have emailed the company in regards to this and unfortunately are yet to hear back

The staff and service were excellent. Only complaint would be the communication and process post-purchase. We ordered the dress Feb. 5th and were told it would be in in less than a week but took longer because it was sent to the wrong store (CA instead of TX). Then we were told alterations would only take 1-2 weeks which made sense since my daughter’s prom was very early (3/28). Called 4 weeks later and we were told it was being worked on “right now” and would be ready on Saturday (length was only alteration), Drove 50 min to pick it up the Tuesday AFTER Saturday and it was “being finished today”. They did offer to hand deliver it which was generous but it still wasn’t ready to be delivered until that Friday. Long story short, we finally received the dress on Sunday, just 4 days before her prom. This was very frustrating. It never should have taken 6 weeks. Thank goodness the length was correct since there was no room for error!!! I will definitely go back but I’ll be diligent about staying on top of things better.

My daughter and I visited today and we had a lovely experience. Elaine was very attentive, patient and made sure we had a great dress shopping experience. She has booked me in for a fitting and I’m looking forward to going back in for my dress. I’d highly recommend to any mothers of the bride or groom.

Wonderful service and friendly

The ladies who run this store are so sweet and helpful! They were so kind to everyone in the shop and helped make prom dress shopping for my daughter a pleasant experience.The prices and selection were great! My daughter found a stunning dress and it was a quarter of what I expected to pay!

Great staff that went out of their way to help my daughter. The designer was in house and was super friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely be back!

I loved my beautiful dress and had so many compliments from our guests. I also really appreciated the help from the staff, especially the excellent alterations. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made the whole experience positive.

Definitely think they could be a little more hands on with the dress selection process. Maddie was great! She wasn’t overwhelming but the owner definitely will leave and tend to other customers who may portray a higher spend limit and not make you feel like you valued with spending with them.

So happy with the staff and the selection of dresses at this store. The experience my daughter had shopping for her first prom dress was awesome. She ended up finding her prom dress by the staff bringing her a dress she didn’t think of picking to try. She fell in love with it after seeing it on.

It was an AWESOME experience. We went to the outlet in Flower mound and they were BUSY but did such an amazing job of making sure each customer felt appreciated and helped! I would do this again and again with Mia Bella!

The sales team was attentive and very helpful. They had other customers in the store but were able to provide help and service to everyone and address each customers need. I am a Mother of a bride and had specific styles and needs, they helped me choose dresses to try on and helped me order a dress to their store. They made it clear they wanted me to be happy and feel great in the dress I chose. I ended up purchasing 2 dresses from this store and will be back for all my formal wear needs!

We shopped at your pop-up store in Flower Mound, TX and we were able to find the perfect dress, in perfect condition, for my daughter’s prom for a fraction of the original cost.
