Bought a dress that I liked in the store and at home the zipper would not work, even if the dress was on or off. They do not offer returns so the next day I thankfully was able to exchange for a dress that I liked ok but the neck top button was loose after one try on. I feel that these dresses are way overpriced and not good quality. Wish they had a better return policy because I spent a lot of money to not love the dress and have it not stay in tact.

I went in looking for a dress for an awards ceremony for NYC. The place was clean and the dresses were displayed beautifully. I was approached immediately and helped. They set me up with a room, offered me different sizes, and went above and beyond to find the perfect gown. They have a fantastic selection and a kind staff.

A truly amazing experience. I traveled from Fort Worth to find a dress for a formal black tie Christmas party, and had no idea what I was looking for. There was a ton of styles, colors, and prices. I met Madison upon arriving , and I don’t think I could have chosen a dress without her!! She was attentive, patient, and genuine with her advice and recommendations! God bless her, because she knows I tried on tons of styles and colors, and she helped me narrow down my choices. I picked the PERFECT dress and couldn’t be happier! I will definitely be back for myself, or my daughters, formal events!

Everything went wrong. The dress had stains on it, difficult to zip, poor alterations, horrible customer service. I had to buy another dress just to have a dress for the occasion.

Dress was gorgeous, but the seamstress too to long to complete alterations. Having my dress shipped to me was no longer an option, had to send a family member the day before the wedding to pick up personally for me. If I had to do over, I would have used a different seamstress. But the Dress was gorgeous!

The girl helping us was great my daughter is from Saskatchewan Canada and was so excited to be able to find and purchase her Graduation dress.

I had to buy a new wedding dress four days before I left for my destination wedding because the dress I ordered from your company got destroyed and botched by your steam-stress and bridal specialist. I have never been so disrespected by a manager in my entire life. When I called and express by concerns and disappointment about the dress, not a single apology was given. No refund was offered. THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO TO A BRIDE- This place will make your wedding dress experience a nightmare. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The designer & owner, Derek Barham, he made me feel like a priority customer. He took the time to listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences, ensuring that they received personalized recommendations.
He designed my wedding dress wonderfully. Many guests had complimented the details of my dress, remarking on the exquisite lacework and the intricate beading that adorned it. His attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every stitch and every embellishment was meticulously placed.

Horrible service! Bridesmaids dresses were delayed multiple times. The manager didn’t even so remorse, or that he cared about when nor why the dresses didn’t arrive on time. Literally got my dress five days before the wedding. Which was unexceptionable! Order the dress two months in advance to receive it five days before I needed it wow! Not okay. Barely at time to alternate the dress, just horrible service here!

The store looked great, and there were a lot of dress options that I loved. I also liked how the dresses were sorted by color. The stylists working were incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. They were knowledgeable about trends and helped me pick the perfect dress to attend a fall wedding in Colorado. This is my go-to spot for dresses! I've also shopped here before for a dress for a gala. I'll keep coming back.

I purchased two dresses (Chandler and Fikas) during the final sale, after waiting for a week with no shipping information, I emailed the customer service for assistance. Another week went by until I got a response letting me know that they couldn't find Chandler in the warehouse. if I want Fikas, I need to pay again because the payment wasn't captured (I do have proof of full payment). So I paid again and received the package the following week. However, when I opened the box, I was surprised to find a totally different dress. Not only different in style, but also different in color, size and material. I immediately emailed the customer support with the picture of the "wrong" dress attached. it's been a week and I have heard nothing! I would like to get this situation resolved as soon as possible.

Picked out our bridesmaid dresses in the store and ordered in different colors. They told us the delivery time would be 6-8 weeks, yet some of us got our dresses a week before the wedding. Some of the bridesmaids did not even receive their dress, and they sent one of the bridesmaids a dress they had in the store instead of the one she had ordered without telling her it was the one from the store. Different color and all, and the only refund she got was $80 for a $300+ dress. The other two bridesmaids had to take the colors they had in the store as well because their packages got “lost.” Every time I called to get an update on my dress, they kept pushing the date back. They seemed nice when we were in the store, but afterwards, we had a very stressful experience with Mia Bella.
