Had a viewing with Lauren from the Lowestoft branch today. I was accommodated very late on a Friday and the viewing was after 5- thanks for being flexible and arranging this.
Lauren was very helpful during the viewing and answered all questions we had.

I was a little sceptical about using minors and Brady, it’s been a long time since I sold a house but as they have a lot of boards up in Norwich I went with them.

The service provided to us by Claire Wilson was fantastic, she kept us updated throughout the process, calling us at least once a week to catch up or with any news. She was very friendly and helpful and responded to all our queries quickly.

From the initial phone call to talk about putting my property on the market, Becky Johnson has been extremely helpful, very proactive in arranging a valuation, and appointments. Becky has been in constant touch talking me through every aspect. Bradley who did the valuation has given honest feed back and discussed all aspects of the selling route. Brilliant service! I feel very confident with them selling my property.

The company staff are very accommodating. After we saw the bungalow that night, we called the company the next morning to book an appointment to view it. they arranged it immediately. We liked it enough to make an offer, that was not accepted, but the agents advised us what would be accepted and the seller agreed on the same day. Despite various delays, which at times became quite stressful, Jessica Kemp kept in constant touch, reassuring us that everything would be fine. We would like to thank all the staff at Minors & Brady and we highly recommend them.

Was looked after by the lovely Lauren, who took us to several houses, one after the other. Very conveniently for us. Very helpful, checked in with us afterwards and went above and beyond. Lovely lady, hope to see her again as she listened and knows exactly what we are after. Well done Lauren!

I was assigned a property manager named Rich when I joined M&B, and from the very beginning he's been fantastic! He keeps me updated at every turn, gets things done when he says he will, and is generally a blessing as I can't be there every week! Rich puts my mind at rest - I'd give him a pay rise if I could!

I had a really good experience with Minors and Brady. While both my solicitors and the sellers solicitors were disorganised and bad communicators, Minors and Brady (and Molly in particular) were fantastic throughout the process.

I don’t generally post reviews, but our aftersales experience with Lara G was genuinely outstanding and deserves a special mention. We had a difficult sale / purchase journey, which was made infinitely smoother by her proactivity, excellent communication, diplomacy and fantastic interpersonal skills. She was supremely organised and was our main source of information on chain progress, despite not actually being my agent! Highly recommended - thank you Lara!

My mortgage application was unfortunately mismanaged by William H. Brown and ultimately fell through. After finding a new property, the mortgage was successfully transferred to the new property, and Louise-Jane Simms handled my aftersales. The difference was striking.

Louise initially kept me updated weekly, then more frequently as we got closer to exchange. I would also note that she noticed there appeared to be a delay and, by liaising with the vendor’s solicitors, was able to speed up the process of our solicitors receiving the necessary responses.

All in all, thanks to Louise, I intend to use Minors & Brady again in the future.

Do not trust a word that this estate agents say.
They strung me along with half truths and evasion.
Ended up costing me a lot of money in legal fees.
