I think generally speaking everyone at Minors and Bradley is polite. But there is a definite lack of professionalism and courtesy when it comes to responding to emails - they don't bother. There is no follow through which means working with Minors and Bradley is disappointing.

Just bought a property through Minors and Brady and whould do so again with the help from staff once the offer had been accepted. Claire Wilson has been amazing, she has kept me in the loop the whole time, regular updates so have not needed to chase up anything during the process.

Company seem very professional and informative. Actively trying to promote the property and they are always looking for ways to drum up interest. Feel very at easy when dealing with Lauren.

I just had a conversation with Beatrice Lilley - she was really lovely and informative about the properties I enquired about and also gave me additional information on other properties around the areas I am interested in.

Really good estate agency, that is pro-active, and has a brilliant hands-on approach, when it comes to clients selling, which I was. The brand, which is small, but growing in Norfolk, is a breath of fresh air, in this, otherwise, cloudy, crowded market of, so called, established estate agents. Most are just going through the paces, and not being pro-active at all. The problem, today, is Rightmove makes everyone lazy. Even though, of course, Minors & Brady use and rely upon Rightmove, they are there, too. That's what one needs.

After a shaky start with the post sale process. Molly took responsibility for the process and without her input I feel the sale may have fallen through.

Great experience and extremely impressed by Lauren Rushmere showing us around and helping us with our property hunt. She was very friendly and professional, very knowledgeable and would always give us an answer to any questions about the specific properties we viewed. She went above and beyond, so we are very happy to leave this feedback as she genuinely deserves it!
