It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my order still no tracking and still no updates from the company. After paying 42 dollars for some coils bcuz of the ridiculous shipping costs and the signature fee you would think companies would be on their stuff but nope!

I have not received my delivery yet. my delivery is taking way too long.

I was really pleased with the product. I would recommend this to anyone. It takes a little while to get it in the mail though. "Snail mail" I suppose, but it's worth the wait.

My order placed Dec 26 and never arrived and reordered again on the 10th so we shall see. I was disappointed as this was the first time there has been a problem.

Its been almost 2 weeks still havnt gotten my items,terrible shipping speeds.

PB and strawberry jam is my favorite.

Delivery was a little different this time. A few days went by and I was not getting an expected delivery date like I used to. I asked about it on the website and very quickly received an email that explained the delivery problems and causes which were not caused by MistHub but our federal law makers. Even so I still got it in pretty good time, just a few days longer then before.

I will continue ordering my vape products from MistHub!

I would've gave 5 star but on this last order I made I'm still waiting on it to arrive. Otherwise, I've been happy with Misthub.

Very disappointed. Misthub has always been my go to online vape company and I've never had a single issue in the past. Order placed 3 weeks ago. I got notification it had shipped quickly. Still not received. Tracking number does not work. Tried multiple times to reach the company about checking the status of my order but have yet to receive a response from them. I'm going to wait a couple more days then escalate this to the next level with my credit card provider.

So the company is fine but the shipping company they use is useless. I ordered a package on November 22, 2021 and on October 13th, it has still not arrived. Have been a repeat customer. Will never order again.

I have never had any issues with Misthub in the past. Not sure what happened with this order, but I sent numerous emails asking about the status of shipping and never received a reply. It took almost 3 weeks for my order to ship. Customer service is big these days.

The site is easy enough, good selection of products. The shipping situation stinks. It’s takes waaayy too long to get order… and worst part, there’s no way to track it, so you have no idea if or when you will get order. If you can find a more reliable shipping solution that offers tracking, that would be excellent.

X delivery is terrible, the cancelation policy is terrible, I used to love misthub

They charge $14 for me to get my order in 8-14 days and it is going on day 15 and I have not even received a email letting me know order has shipped. This is the second time this has happened and I will not be ordering from them again. But I have received 2 emails from them wanting to know how I am happy with there service.....well here ya go. You asked here it is.

Shipping is horrible here. Ordered on November 26th, and still have not recievedy order on Dec 8th.

Communication is very hard with them, I ordered, use a 25 percent coupon, it applied, but when I summit payment, it took away discounts. I tried to message several different ways, finally I see a response saying things was already at a discount and that’s why they took it away. I have ordered from this company before, used a code on ‘discounted’ items, never had a problem. I did send a screenshot of my order showing a discount right before I summoned. They also sent some sort of tracking number, but does not say company it shipped with. On there site, does not allow me to check. At 1st, thought I may be out of the 25%, but now I am wondering if I am going to be out my whole order 355.00.
