Love the e-liquid but the shipping time…
Love the e-liquid but the shipping time is ridiculous. Order placed on 25 November 2021 and has still not arrived. Unfortunately, the "shipping confirmation" email received does not contain a valid tracking number nor does it show in "orders" on the website. Quite disappointing.

Wouldn't give any stars if possible! Haven't received my$100 order and no tracking information on it. Needless to say I won't be doing anymore buisness with MH!
Poor Communication
I received a shipping notification with a tracking number that did not work, and no explanation as to why the tracking number did not work. I waited one week and received no further information, then inquired on the website. I was told my order was shipped out of state for sorting and that a real tracking number should be coming in a few days. Four days later I've received no updates. The order has been marked "fulfilled" on the misthub site since the initial shipping notification. I still haven't received the order nor have I received a working tracking number or any additional communication except in response to my inquiry to customer support.
Nothing after 10 days
Ordered 10 days ago. Got an email 9 days ago the order shipped. Still nothing here. The tracking code they sent doesnt lead to anything. Did a chat (as there is no phone number on the site) and they responded when it ships ill get a confirmation so it really didnt ship yet.
My package is lost
My package is lost. I've emailed 2 days in a row with no response. I have ordered from them many times so I don't know what the deal is now I have two packages I don't know if they're going to be here or not. Sure wish someone would get back to me ASAP or I won't be ordering from them ever again. And I hate to do that but their customer service stinks.

I will continue to update MY TRACKING WITH OLX in this review. ETA is now 12/15 and the date changes several times weekly.
Safe to assume this package will never reach me but at this point I’d like to see what the end result will be & what reasons (if any) are ever given.

Ordered 30 Suorin Drop pods totaling $103.70 with shipping on 11/7. Tracking with OLX changes every time I check and OLX doesn’t respond to inquiries.

Emailed Misthub to ask for refund due to order not being received within time stated on the Misthub website.
Scottie M replied and said to file for lost package if order not here by 11/24. It wasn’t.
Emailed Misthub today to file lost package and my email address came back blocked.

EMAIL.ADDRESS.
Phone numbers I found online don’t work and online chat always says they’re away and will be back.
There is NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY.
Filed complaint with FTC and BBB and will be also filing with attorney general.
Don’t do business with this company. They’ll take your money.
Since this all happened I have ordered vape supplies from two other online retailers and both of those orders arrived within one week via a MAJOR AND DEPENDABLE SHIPPING COMPANY.

Misthub refunded my money. This happened within 48 hours of my filing with the FTC which could be just a coincidence. I did amend the FTC complaint acknowledging the refund.
By the way, last time I was on their website they were still quoting something like 5-14 days (leaving out the “weekday only” shipping times they so helpfully explain in their emails to people who aren’t receiving their orders). Time to figure out a better solution.
Sorry for anyone dealing with these folks it’s frustrating.

Service was excellent until shipping changed. I have still not received two orders placed two and a half weeks ago despite being in an approved courier area.

I have never had an issue with deliveries before. I placed an order on October 26 and funds were taken from my account. I still have not received my order and have since found out that USPS is no longer delivering vape products as of October 21.
I don’t understand why my order was processed and states “fulfilled” when I have yet to receive it.
Since I made the transaction after the changes of their mailing with USPS, I should not have been charged, notified that they could not send their products and most definitely not charged for items I did not receive.

Ordering system doesn't catch errors between sat-nic and e-juice
The ordering system doesn't catch errors between sat-nic and e-juice, make very, very sure what you have in your shopping cart is compatible with your device.
Don't be fooled just because you did a search for chocolate, then sub-chose e-liquids.
The current search engine being used treats the sub-search in a manner that does NOT remove Salt-nic from your choices.
So again, be very, very careful before placing your order, or you'll run the chance of getting juice that isn't compatible with your device.
Almost none of these vendors accept returns, so again, check your cart very, very carefully.
Hope that helps anyone from making the mistake I did. Even though these guys are very responsive and offer good (Bankers Hours) service, I expect they will have this "glitch" in programming fixed probably long before you read this.
They offer some very good products at very competitive prices, so please don't let this keep you from buying here.

I’m a loyal and long-standing customer that with each passing day is becoming more frustrated by the lack of response.

I’ve ordered from them before but usually my buddy would order. I figured they were trust worthy so I decided to make an order myself. I ordered of 10 bottles of e-juice and a pack of coils on oct 9 2021 and it never shipped out and it’s been over 10 days!! I waited a few days before I tried contacting them which yielded no reply. I tried emailing them throughout the the week with no replies and I even tried calling them which so happens their phone doesn’t work. They also had the audacity to charge a bottle surcharge without any warning. I waited 10 days before asking for a refund and opening a fraud case with my bank. I tried being patient but I don’t think this business trustworthy. I feel like they aren’t even in operation but I still get emails from them to buy more juice. This place is a scam so please take your business else where.
