Pros: I love that they have the coils I need for an older tank, and great prices. Cons: Almost two weeks to receive the order is RIDICULOUS - and NO tracking information. So many online vape shop... Mehr ansehen

vapes werent what i expected / described in website. the disposables didnt last at all compared to the yaya brand, might be defective or just cheaply made. the juices doesn’t taste that great either... Mehr ansehen

I ordered vape juice on September 3rd and as of September 12, nothing has been processed. I've called Misthub's listed phone number and written to them via the 'contact us' link on their website, yet, no one answers the phone or responds to my multiple messages. I have filed a consumer complaint with the Better Business Bureau and on Monday, September 13th, if my order hasn't shipped, I will be filing an official complaint with the Illinois Attorney General.
EDIT: After informing Misthub that I will be contacting the Illinois AG, they email this morning 9/13/21, saying that my order is scheduled to be shipped today, and if I don't receive a shipping confirmation by the end of the day, to let them know. Well, I didn't receive a shipping confirmation and I let them know, yet, they stopped communicating...again. Who is running this poor excuse for a company? They are very fast at charging you for the products, but can't be bothered to send you what you purchased. This behavior is called Federal Access Device Fraud and since it occurred across state lines this can become a FBI case.
Edit 2: Misthub sends me a tracking number on the morning of September 14th. As of yet, it hasn't shipped. The tracking number was only created. Hopefully this isn't a stalling tactic in an effort to appear as if they are fulfilling their half of the transaction. I will know tomorrow on the 15th, if the tracking number is legitimate.
Edit 3: (9/15/21) It appears the tracking number is legitimate, since it shows that my items are within the possession of the postal service. It also has been announced on September 15th by the Better Business Bureau, that Misthub is out of business. I hope all of the customers that were still waiting for their purchases, will finally receive them or their money refunded.

I just hope that the items they shipped to me will be what I ordered and not an empty box. I will update this review when I receive the package.
Edit 4: 9/17/21: I signed for a package from Misthub today. Upon opening the box, I quickly observe that they shorted me a bottle, but on the invoice within the box, they listed that the three bottles that I ordered, were delivered. So, not only did they falsify an invoice and shorted me a bottle, but they used the United State Postal Service to commit theft/fraud, which is a federal offense. Will I pursue this matter? No. I will not. They are supposedly out of business and I will consider the matter closed and move on. Good luck to anyone else still awaiting refunds or their items.
Edit 5: October 1st 2021: The Better Business Bureau emailed me to inform me that they have closed my case due to Misthub ignoring their communication to the company.
I'm personally not surprised in the least. I do know that Misthub will never hear from me again and I will tell everyone that I know to avoid Misthub like the plague.

Placed two different orders and for the…

Placed two different orders and for the same item on both orders but different quantities. I did not get those items on either order but i did get the rest of my items. I i only got refunded for one of the orders. I still going back and forth for the second refund that is owed to me. Its been almost three weeks going back and forth. Gave them the order numbers and i even sent them a copy of the receipt with items picture on it and they still have not refunded my money. Never had this problem before. I always had great service.

Great Experience Every time

Nice selection and wonderful customer service. I've order from them for a while now and most of the time there's no problem. Quick ship and it's never been wrong.

I had one issue with a lost delivery and they took care of that asap, no hoops to jump through.

Bad first impressions

I paid $10 for 2-4 day shipping, it has now been 4 days and my order has yet to even be shipped, this is ridiculous and no one from the support team will even answer me.

Looks like their expanding, not going out of business!

Edited 3 29 2021: I just got a reply from them stating that they have joined 2 other companies to form a bigger/better vape source place and are training the warehouse personal. Good on them - but they still need to be honest with what they state in their ads.
42% is not 17%. Period.
I'll give them another go and I truly hope I can give them 5 stars (I was impressed that they answered so quickly!)

Looks like their going out of business, and when they do have a product advertised as 42% off, when you select it - it went to 17% off I don't like that one bit.
I thought I'd give them another go - as the first order I had issues with them calling a 6 pack a pack of 1 and the case holds 6 (B.S.). Down to one last try - But you can be sure I'll be checking EVERY little DETAIL. They seem to deceive you with their wording, not good in the trust building area. Be careful out there!

I bought the vape, and every day they said that the next day they would send it to me. after 10 days they canceled the purchase. terrible experience. I do not recommend!

ABSOLUTE WORST VAPE WEBSITE

Ordered from them last Thursday(03/18/2021) and they still haven’t even sent my package out. First it was due to the merger, then because of a power outage, then they were shipping it today by the end of the day(03/23/2021) then by the end of tomorrow and finally told hopefully this week and have been told 4 separate times now that customer support is suppose to contact me yet no one ever did. I want my stuff, a refund for shipping, and either a partial refund on my actual order or free juice or something. Absolutely ridiculous how much you guys gave me the run around. And as of now guess what? ORDER STILL NOT SHIPPED. Worst vape website I have ever encountered. Wouldn’t recommend you to my worst enemy.

I ordered coils from misthub

I ordered coils from misthub, 5 packs of 5 coils. The coils I received are either defective, or just of bad quality, or counterfeit. I have reached out numerous times, and a case was started. This was weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything back, even after numerous inquiries. There are countless places to buy vape products. I suggest finding someone else that backs their products.
