Simply Outstanding - great workmanship, friendly team and a great product - so happy with our loft boarding!

Everything was super smooth, from getting a quote to discussing our options to getting the work done. I raised a query regarding a snag or two and they were straight back round to fix things. This is truly a 5 star business, from Babs at head office to the guys who came round to survey then build, everyone was polite, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their loft boarded. They really do live up to the 5star rating and are super honest with their pricing!

Amazing company! I booked a free visit to discuss adding loft ladders, the guy was incredibly respectful, taking shoes off without asking! Gave me lots of options to think about. Had several tick box options with clear pricing for each. Booked in the ladders, got a message saying they could fit it the same day! So impressed. Again, incredibly respectful young men arrived, and fitted within 30 mins! Even had a demonstration how to use it :) very happy with the service, 100% recommend!

Excellent service from Babs and team at MK Loft Boarding. I was unable to open my loft hatch and team came same day to see if they could help. Unfortunately I needed a new hatch and ladders which was supplied and fitted same day.

I had a lovely experience with MK Lofts when other loft companies let be down on more then one occasion. All appointments and bookings were carried out on time and in a professional manner and along with a very quick service. Did a great job, carried out a thorough review of the loft, made their recommendation at a good price and work was carried out to a very high level within 2 weeks of first contact. From initial contact, to quote, through to completion of the works the company and personnel conducted themselves in a professional manner.
The guys solved little installation issues without making them our issues. They tidied up along the way and at the end. Even made sure we knew how to work our new loft ladder.

Moved to new build last Friday. Contacted Babs at MK Loft Boarding. Babs was extremely helpful and arranged for quotation to be carried out Monday. Joe came along, was very informative, helpful, professional and I received the quote via email immediately. I accepted quote and on Tuesday (next day) Jake spent the day boarding, shelving, new larger hatch, light and ladder. Again, all highly professional. Can't thank all concerned for a nice quick quote and implementation. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy to book, then the guys Jake and Steve were polite and professional. I don't know much about lofts but they came promptly, were friendly, loft looks great and they were done in a day. Then they showed me how to use the ladder and talked me through the work completed.. very happy customer, I fully recommend
