Job: Remove water tank platform, upgrade loft insulation where required, board out centre section of loft, upgrade lighting, install shelving in the eaves, new loft hatch and loft ladder.
From quote to installation everyone was courteous and helpful, no pressure to accept the free quote. Excellent job which has made my loft much safer and usable, and hopefully the house will benefit from rearranging and upgrading the insulation which had become compressed and tired after 26 years.

What can I say. It's a pity you can only give five stars to a company who has done an excellent job. MK Loft Boarding needs to be given a seven star review for the job they finished yesterday. From the initial email to Babs and a few telephone conversations, she was brilliant in dealing with all my concerns.
Callum and the young lad who came and insulated the whole loft and then fitted the loft boards done an excellent job. They made sure that everything was kept clean and tidy and left the place without any mess. These gents are an asset to MK Loft Boarding.
Anyone who wants to insulate and board their loft then look no further. The only company you should be contacting is MK Loft Boarding. Keep up the excellent work you all do. I cannot thank you enough.

Very pleased with the outcome, good build quality. The fitters were great! They were polite, efficient and considerate, did a good job of tidying up after they were done.

We were recommended to use Mk Loftbording to help us better utilize our loft space. From the point of 1st enquiry through their simple to use website, thru to arranging a site visit and then onto completing the overall job was totally professional. After the job was completed we decided to make a few adjustments to ladder usage and hatch size. MK Loftbording were not only supportive in these changes but carried out these amends in an equally quick and professional way.

Very quick and efficient. The fitting team arrived spot on time, on the bank holiday, and were clean and tidy and did a great job. Needed a small adjustment post fitting and they came back to me within 72hrs to sort the problem.

Mk loft boarding returned to fit a loft hatch and ladder at my request. Both fitters were professional and friendly and cleaned up after them. The job was completed with minimal fuss and in good time. Thankyou

From receiving a quote for work to completion they delivered an excellent service.
Joe came to deliver a quote. He was professional, polite and reassuring with any concerns or questions we had. Having foam insulation installed in the loft, he checked that over that it was of a safe quality. Joe delivered some options we hadn’t thought of which were ideal. He got to know his customer which we felt was important.
Four weeks later as expected and with no delay, Jake and Brandon arrived for the installation. What a team. Polite, professional, speedy but never said no to a coffee/ brunch. They too took time to connect with their customers which as said previously is very important. Two loft hatches, boarding and shelving took 1 1/2 days with very little disruption and mess vacuumed up after.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team who were brilliant. A mention to Babs in the office too for all the liaison work she does.

They had to come back a couple of times for some snagging issues, but once the job was completed we were delighted with the quality of the job, the professionalism of the site operatives and back-office staff, and the price. Recommended.

Dealing with MK Loft and boarding was a pleasure from beginning to end. It was probably the smoothest transaction I have had for a very long time. The lads that carried out the work were very polite and efficient, they left no mess and when I checked out the work it was excellent. What a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend.

The work done in my loft is amazing and is an asset to my home. The ladders are secure and strong. The space I now have in my roof is incredible. I went with a full loft board and shelves. Absolutely excellent. Turned up when they said they would. Clear effective quotes giving sensible options. Very fair prices. All appointments confirmed by text. Electronic contracting so really simple and clear. Two superb guys turned up on time and did the work quicker than they’d promised and on budget. Very friendly. Put down protection on carpets. Hoovered up after themselves. Great workmanship and very expertly done.

We've had to work with quite a few contractors in our house and MK Loftboarding was far and away the best company that we've had do work. They responded very promptly when we requested a quote, responded quickly to any questions we had, and when we decided to go ahead with the work, got us scheduled in for work quickly, as well. The guys showed up on time on the day the work was set to be done, got to work straight away, and did a fantastic job. If I hadn't been in the house, I wouldn't have known that they had even done anything as they cleaned up extremely well afterward. We needed to have some plastering done as part of the work and the plasterer they suggested also arrived exactly when he was meant to, was tidy, and did a very good job no the ceiling. Couldn't have been more please with the entire process and the loft has been getting tons of use. Great company to work with!

Extremely happy with the complete experience of dealing with MK Loft Boarding, from first contact with Aaron (Measurements and electrical work).
