Stock showing available on the site is not under their control and in my case was not even available. Usual story, "sorry the warehouse is out". Of course there was a model no one is buying that they could substitute but that would not be delivered within their stated delivery times.

Ordered a new Pixel 9 from them and all arrived in good condition within the timeframe advised (5-7 working days).

Slight clarification was needed that product advertised as on "backorder" on their site is more like "stocked to order", but they were quick, helpful, and friendly over email to clarify anything that was needed, so it wasn't a hassle.

Would use again.

They arrived when I arrived and promptly told me all that I needed. The phone had a new battery - half-an-hour later - and he put the sim out of my other one into it.

PriceSpy showed that Mobile Station had the lowest price on the phone I wanted (Samsung Galaxy A34). I hadn't heard of Mobile Station so I jumped onto Trust Pilot to see what people had to say about the company. After reading the negative reviews (6 one star reviews), I had pretty much decided to buy from another retailer. Before I wrote-off Mobile Station completely, I did a Google search to see if there were any Google reviews. I was surprised to find 410 reviews with a 4.6 star rating.

Still unsure, I called Mobile station to ask some questions about the Galaxy A34. The person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I went ahead and ordered the phone, and it arrived (in Motueka) 2 days later. I feel sorry for those who didn't have such a good experience, but I'm really happy with my new phone that I got for an excellent price.

Used Price Spy to find the lowest priced Samsung A15 phone and found it at Mobile Station.
Ordered the phone around 3.30pm on Tuesday, received advice it had been picked up by the courier (NZ Post) an hour or 2 later and was at my front door in Paraparaumu by 9.30 am the following morning (Wednesday). Fantastic service.

I bought a Samsung A34 for $450, saving approx $200. My order arrived within 24hrs, to say I was impressed is an understatement.

Excellent service and prompt delivery. Ignore the reviews that talk about petrol!! I think some people are confused. I'm talking about the tech store based in Auckland. I paid a fantastic price for some new Samsung Earbuds and they arrived perfectly packaged (in original & sealed Samsung packaging) and very quickly (within 2 days) down to the deep south!! Very pleased.

I wonder if this business has new ownership (Mar 2024) as some of the older reviews (from 2017 & 2018) mention some dodgy dealings. I got a GST receipt for my order which is at odds with one of the comments I've seen.

I ordered a Nikon lens that is discontinued and I have just picked it up from their Penrose shop. First class service, I'm a very happy camper! No complaints at all. Andy.

Spent a significant amount of time specifying and made a 2hour trip to auckland for a security camera system.
got good service technician guided me through the selection process and was very helpful, however when the significant $2800 purchase arrived there was an issue the main NVR was not as specified it was not rack mountable.

constant emails with the sub text of tough titty our part number is what you got, they were not the cheapest and we selected them becasue they could provide the correct product and their initial support was good.

email communication is poor, no name or position you could be emailing the floor sweeper rather than a manager or any one with any customer facing skills who can resolve their issue.

Be very careful, go to store see the product inspect it before leaving,

Will never support them again! The app advertised 95 for $3.06 that same afternoon then they had $3.16. I asked why they said it hadn't been updated. That's misleading and misinformation. I continued to purchase $50 then the lady put my petrol on the wrong pump I realized after my pump stopped at $7. 30 went back in and asked why my pump didn't fill my car to the right amount. She deducted was I had put in (must have been left from the last car filled) and put $42.70 on the pump to fill. She had shocking customer service, rude and will never go back! Mobile Walton st advertising misleading prices!

Worst ever people to deal with. Bought a new Z3 Flip, well we thought it was new! Bought in May,2022, very little use . Screen cracked under the cover then the screen delaminated at the hinge. The phone will not turn off and unable to use it as it won't ring. Mobile station says it is my wifes fault, they want $1100 to repair, phone cost $1199 so go figure, explained phone had very little use and def no damage but they were not interested. When asking about the warranty for a Samsung phone they claim because it is a parallel import there is no warranty. Dodgy as , do not deal with these frauds, save your hard earned money and buy froma reputible dealer, otherwise it will end in tears!

Avoid these dodgy people at all costs. They are involved in systematic credit card fraud. Their items are refurbished listed as new. No warranty or care.

They will not give their GST number or a GST invoice.

AVOID

-Dishonest: will sell you a refurbished phone as new

-Will not honour warranty - 9 months in my device broke, I had to pay them $55 bond, they kept the phone and 6 weeks later told me that it can't be resolved. I had to take them to the disputes tribunal

-Avoiding GST and Income taxes: Future Technology Ltd, yet sending invoices under The Will Development HK Ltd (HK Company).

Through an investigator working with IRD, I can confirm that they are in the process of being investigated by IRD on tax evasion.

Bought a 'refurbished phone' from them back in July. No receipt was sent to my email. No confirmation was sent.
But nevertheless I received the phone in a couple of working days. Over 2 months, the phone degraded to the point where the Mic no longer worked for phone calls, the phone would turn off and almost became unresponsive.

Upon contacting the company via email they didn't reply. We spent the next THREE MONTHS fighting them, for our money back, using PayPal claims (as I bought the phone using PayPal).
We had to ask PayPal for our own evidence of the purchase as MobileStation would not give it..

They're also not english speakers, and are incredibly hard to understand. We found this out, after PayPal contacted them, about our dispute with them.
These guys are so unprofessional they should be blacklisted from ever owning a company.
