When you make a powered product purchase, you’ll benefit from our aftercare service which includes a 12-month at-home manufacturer’s warranty and our ongoing service and support.
You’ll receive a contact number to use in the event of a warranty claim. Full details of this will be given at the time of purchase and our support team will visit you at home to undertake any necessary repairs covered under the warranty guarantee. Note, damage, wear and tear or misuse are not covered under the warranty guarantee and are chargeable.
After the 12 months at-home warranty has expired, Mobility Solutions are still dedicated to supporting you with any other issues that may arise during the life span of your product. Please do contact us and we can support you. Callout, labour and parts (if applicable) are chargeable.

Excellent personal service: unfortunately the shoes were out of stock in the size and style ordered; however two alternatives were quickly offered via an email link, and we are very satisfied with the pair chosen and the exemplary service and prompt delivery given.

Good shoes but beware postage costs
The shoes fit well and are comfortable. The price for shipping to the Isle of Man (£20!) was excessive there is no way it costs this much. The shoes themselves were £69.

Bought the mulberry coloured ladies…
Bought the mulberry coloured ladies cosy slippers size 9 for my husband who is quadriplegic as they looked warm. They are perfect as he used to take a size 8 when he could wear shoes. I suggest you make them in larger sizes for men as they are warm round the ankles for people unable to move who will have circulation problems and feel the cold.
