Excellent ring with disappointing business cooperation
The quality and appearance of the ring exceeded expectations. Customer service was very responsive. Only disappointing part of the experience is that the business would not accept the government authorized scheme of providing VAT free cost to visiting forces at no cost to the business after providing all references on the gov.uk website. This resulted in the ring costing 50% more after VAT due currency conversion.

Superb service and quality !!
I purchased after having an online chat with Ellie (I think that was her name) and the service I recieved in that online chat was first class !! The ring arrived on Saturday and even though the wife hasn't seen it yet, I am thrilled with it. Absolutely beautiful, I am a million percent positive she will love it. I would definitely buy from Moissanite UK again, quality service from the start until delivery !!!

Excellent customer service
I scratched the band of my ring. I rang Moissanite and they said that I could return the ring to them and they would polish the scratch out for me. I also sent another ring I bought from them a year ago to be resized for a very reasonable fee. I was very happy with the results on both rings. Thank you Moissanite!

Exact replica of what we brought in ☺️
We approached Moissanite to replicate an old family ring, but using their stones and in a different metal for the band, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. Both the custom made engagement ring, and the custom designed wedding band (to fit the usual shaped engagement ring) were perfect, exactly what we wished for and an exact replica of the one we originally had. So happy with the finished rings 😁

Very pleased with the platinum ring I bought as an engagement ring. I got the wrong size on the initial order but sent back with the new measurement and received the resized ring in just a few days. Fantastic service.
