Louise in customer service was so helpful. Answered emails really quickly even though I probably asked some daft questions! Dispatch and delivery super quick and I am overseas!! The Starlight Moissanite stones I ordered are just fabulous! Cannot wait to get them set into my rings. Very happy customer.

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish, my ring looks brand new! I cannot recommend Moisananite enough! I had a stone replacement, a polish and a clean and had my ring back within a week! Just amazing!!

I had never heard of this stone before. I am thrilled with my engagement ring in platinum. The service was excellent. I even changed the ring size 3 times as I got it wrong. A wonder piece of jewelry.

Gorgeous ring, amazing service given it was Christmas, lovely box too although it's a big box so no sneaking that in your pocket!

Absolutely gorgeous stones
I ordered a 0.75ct solitaire ring and a 1ct solitaire pendant. They are both well made, good quality and sparkle amazingly. I plan to buy a bracelet, another pendant and ring. The packaging is high quality too. My only negatives are: 1. The process time is too long (4 days) 2. The necklace clasp broke straight away and is very thin. 3. The website photos and information aren't the best. Would like to know product dimensions, moissanite specifications, the weight and real life photos with the jewellery on.
I've kept the review at 5 stars as I'm happy with the stones and have got so many compliments.

After 25 years of building up my diamond collection I came across moissanite in a jewelers window in the cotswolds. An I couldn't believe just how spot on the lab created diamonds were the exact same as the real thing!
So I had a solitaire ring a 5 diamond eternity ring which were beautiful, then I came across the moissanite in Birmingham this year so I orderd a marquise one carat Charles and colvard in yellow gold and it's so beautiful I now refuse to buy real diamonds! Its stunning its a fantastic way to build a beautiful jewellery collection. So order away its a fraction of the cost of the real thing, yet no one would ever no! Nicola, Stourbridge.
